Main Points:
Odometer error. - Elizabeth
Main Points:
Odometer error. Titling issues. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Inaccurate timelines.
Short Story:
Purchased a new car from Ciocca who made an odometer error during titling (128,882 miles vs actual 128 miles therefore ruining car value). I was given several timelines, none of which were upheld. I always had to initiate communication with Ciocca to obtain status updates except for a single day where I was contacted first (when the corrected Carfax report was issued). It took over a month and numerous phone calls to Ciocca to get them to correct their mistake and have a corrected title and clean Carfax provided.
I recommend paying very close attention to ALL paperwork from Ciocca and submitted on your behalf by Ciocca (title, registration, financing, etc). If you identify an issue, I recommend contacting Ciocca frequently to ensure forward progress and involving their corporate management (regional vice president). I do not recommend working with Williamsport manager, Chase Willard; his customer service is nonexistent.
