I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Tundra from Devan Musser - buckeyeone

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Tundra from Devan Musser (Sales mgr) a few months ago. First time I've purchased from a dealer. It took a while (several back & forth negotiations- we were there a couple hours). I've never been thrilled at the American "bartering" process but I was satisfied at the end of the day. The truck did have an outstanding engine recall on it (which was fully disclosed). I got a brand new engine from Lancaster Toyota as a result (went from 60k miles on the engine to zero!). The price was competitive but most importantly- They are honest people, which is the most important thing when spending over $40k on a vehicle!

I leased my first new car at Vision and I had a great experience! The sales person was very nice and not high pressure at all. He listened to what I wanted, and even emailed several options with the payment breakdowns the next day. They gave me a fair trade in on my car, and were very efficient with the paperwork. He took the time to show me all the new features of my car and answered all of my questions. Previous visits to other various dealerships were not a positive experience for me. There was lots of waiting around, high pressure sales, and mistakes. But Vision is much different and I highly recommend them!

Working with Brett and DriveAnything was the most - 111Porsche

Working with Brett and DriveAnything was the most seamless and enjoyable automotive purchase I’ve made. Brett is more than knowledgeable and is a true enthusiast. The caliber of vehicle Brett is looking to have at DriveAnything is second to none. It was my first purchase here, but I’m sure it won’t be my last.

I had an excellent experience at DriveTime, thanks to - Consuello93

I had an excellent experience at DriveTime, thanks to Tania and Will. I know I probably drove Will a little crazy with my request to test drive four different cars before I made my decision, but he was patient and calm throughout the process, always ready with the keys. Tania took over the sales process and was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’m really happy with my Lexus and appreciate both of them for making this such a positive car-buying experience. Highly recommend working with them!

Drove by and saw an old car Stopped in and Sergio had told me it was a trade in and that they normally dont sell car's from the 90's but if i wanted it I could buy it (AS IS) Was fair and flexible with the pricing. 10/10 great experience

FABULOUS experience at Keyser Ave. - amedyckman

FABULOUS experience at Keyser Ave. Auto Sales, with absolutely none of the “sales games” you get at the bigger dealerships! Friendly and chill Jeff and team were a true pleasure to work with. There was seriously ZERO sales pressure, a full CarFax report was provided, we were encouraged to take a long test drive and allowed to get a pre-purchase inspection, and the paperwork process was impressively speedy. (And as he quickly filled out our paperwork, we loved Jeff’s stories about his dogs and chickens, too!) All the positive reviews of Keyser Ave. Auto Sales’ quality vehicles and staff are spot-on! We feel confident we got a good price on a gorgeous car from great folks, it was totally worth the two-hour drive to get there, and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy another used vehicle from Keyser Ave. Auto Sales again.

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this - Jeepgirl

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. From the first interaction with our sales guy to the final interaction with the finance manager and everyone in between, we had exceptional service. I called on a Monday morning to inquire about a vehicle we saw. They told me they would have it ready for us to look at and test drive after work. When we arrived they delivered on their word. They gave us space to test drive and look over the vehicle. There was no pressure, no snakey sales man slithering around us. The finance application was seamless. They provided us with a loaner vehicle since we traded ours in and the vehicle we were purchasing wasn’t detailed and fully ready yet. There was open communication the ENTIRE time. They went above and beyond to help us with a financial matter from their other dealership. This issue had absolutely NOTHING to do with them but the exceptional customer service they have, they stepped up and helped us anyway. There were no surprise costs, no surprise additions to our sale. Communication was open the entire time and the sales manager took his time to answer our questions. I would absolutely recommend Miracle CHEVY if you’re looking for a vehicle. My husband and I are very pleased with our vehicle and the excellent customer service we received.
