Had over $4500 worth of work done at this dealership .They called on Thursday to say it was ready for pick up . My husband is disabled but since he body work done in addition to mechanical work he wanted to see it before we paid . Since he can’t drive we ubered over so he could see and I could drive the car home . He is wheel chair dependent ! I realized they put the wrong month inspection sticker on . While I was in paying , a machanic ? Came to take car back in and my husband was sitting in car . He told him he had to get out of car ??? To my surprise I turned around and there was my husband walking into the service bay unsupervised !!! 2 hrs later , after complaining about the wait and meeting with Eric “ the service manger “ we finally got out of there . Eric , is not empowered to do anything except to say sorry and offer a future credit !!!! I can’t believe after that inconvenience he would think we would be back . It appears to me that they need to do better trading for Machanics and MANAGERS. Your managers need to be better empowered if your goal is happy customers and returning business . I definitely would not recommend this dealership for service .
