I purchased a used 2008 Mini from a non-mini dealership, which included a warranty. I unexpectedly had to have service work done immediately after the purchase. In addition to the unplanned service work, I had a large list of potential repairs I needed assessed and quoted. Dan Best and Mini did an excellent job completing the necessary repairs and quoted all the anscilary items. Mini did a great job communicating with the warranty dealership and myself over numerous phone calls. Since the repairs, the car has been running well without issue.
