Very accommodating and always had my car done when promised. Went above and beyond to make sure my car was done correctly. They offer very good parts and service specials. One time I was not happy with the repair so I called them and they scheduled me a new appointment ASAP and had me back on the road in no time. Turns out the part was defective, not their fault. They way they handled my request was very professional. That impressed me because they wanted to make it right not push the blame. Highly recommend this service department.

I got a Van off of him less then 2 weeks ago everybody told me not to go to him and I didn't listen that was the biggest mistake of my life. He guaranteed me that nothing was wrong with it and I believed him but I signed a sold as is paper 3 days later I started having problems with it I took it to the garage and there are so many things wrong with it it's gonna cost me over $1500 to get it all fixed never ever buy from him he is s fraud and should be put out of bussiness

I purchased a used 2008 Mini from a non-mini dealership, which included a warranty. I unexpectedly had to have service work done immediately after the purchase. In addition to the unplanned service work, I had a large list of potential repairs I needed assessed and quoted. Dan Best and Mini did an excellent job completing the necessary repairs and quoted all the anscilary items. Mini did a great job communicating with the warranty dealership and myself over numerous phone calls. Since the repairs, the car has been running well without issue.

Superlative customer service! Had the hail damage assessed on Friday, received a call on Saturday to schedule an appointment, dropped off the car on Tuesday and had it back on Wednesday looking like it just came out of the showroom. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. My personal thanks to all who were involved.
