Lied to me from the start. told me my car was going in the shop right away, 45 mins later still sitting outside, another hr told me, Car failed inspection needed parts replaced I said fine it's warrantied. Told me warranty expire 5/2014 I told them I just looked at the warranty papers the night before good til 5/2/2015, they sold me the car shouldn't they have that info right in from of them. Called GM customer service had warranty info right in from of them 5/2/2015 Think they were just trying to RIP me off for $$$90.00 They don't even have your paper work done when you leave, they have to MAIL it to you Just plain lazy I'd say. My inspection Expires at midnight Can't drive my car tomorrrow Thanks Grabiaks

2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!
