I have nothing but the highest praise for the Service Department at Diehl of Robinson. I had been dealing with a problem in my 2004 Jeep for months. The code was "low voltage on MAP sensor." I had been to 4 different places, including another Jeep dealer. All people could do was replace the MAP sensor and within a day the check engine light was back on, and the vehicle was lurching, jerking, losing power, stalling, and was very difficult to start. Sometimes it took 30+ cranks to get it going. Everyone threw their hands up and said they couldn't help me, and my only hope was to find a dealership that had the old DRB scanner that could read detailed engine codes on older Jeeps. I found a dealer in Warren, PA that had a functional DRB scanner and someone that could operate it, so I was trying to get to them. I didn't make it. I had a terrifying drive and the vehicle died on I-79 near McKees Rocks, PA and would no longer start. Diehl said they had a functional DRB scanner. I had the vehicle towed there. Not only did they have a DRB scanner, they also had a senior technician (Al) that could troubleshoot! Al identified a short in the wiring harness, found it and repaired it, and the vehicle finally works great again. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Diehl appreciated that I was stranded and got me back on the road. Also, at no time did anyone try to convince me to buy a new a vehicle. Superb service by Al and Logan!

Purchased 2025 ram 1500 four weeks ago and had it in my possession only 4 days. Truck had a bad fuel injector and had to go back to garage. Dealership also was to have a bed liner installed and still waiting. One of the biggest issues is the dealership has not stayed in contact and I'm still waiting to take possession. My first loan payment is due and I do not even have the vehicle . In addition running boards were mentioned and have not heard a word about the running boards

terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, they said they could get me tires that I had to pay for.. .xxxxxxxx! they screwed them up they should replace them..... I would never buy another vehicle from them. they don't have a diesel tech, I had to go to Shorkey in N Huntington for service...I'm done with these condescending service writers who pretend to know all...never again!

A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

recently I lost a key fobe. I called Gary Barbara and they told me it would be $110 for the fobe and the programing. I booked an appointment. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the fobe, but they could order it for me at the new cost of $189 (plus $110 to program). I explained to them what was told to me on the phone, and they shrugged their shoulders. I took a day off of work to get this done! I explained that, and they could care less. I usually do not speak to managers, but after the bait-n-switch and the dismissive attitude of the service clerk, I asked. She called me back and was just as dismissive. She told me that she could give me a $25 discount. I explained to her that I has taken a day off, and I was quoted a price of $110 total. Again, she could care less. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. They have always been accused of the bait-n-switch in the sales department, so I guess you can add the service department too. BEWARE.

I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000. I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total. I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket. They have also sold several cars for me. My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.

Saturday morning with a snowstorm coming I needed a part for a Snow Dogg plow. The dealer that installed the plow in Clarks Summit never returned a call Friday after I left message and when I called back, they just put me on hold and never picked back up. So I got a hold of these guys and not only did they stay open till I got there, but gave me troubleshooting tips and a Snow Dogg hat to boot. Really nice people.

Absolutely horrible experience and subpar level of customer service. They sent wrong part number and then entered into a nightmare scenario trying to get correct part sent out to me. Customer service was absolutely useless and after speaking to 4 different agents in 2 countries was no closer to any resolution of my issue. Finally, just drove to AutoZone and picked up correct part; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time and hassle I experienced trying to work with Auto Parts Warehouse. Good reminder that you truly get what you pay for and that sometimes it well worth paying a little extra.

I have dealt with many car dealerships over my 30 years of driving and have not found any near as friendly, courteous and professional as Baugher Motors. From the beginning of shopping for a car to the routine maintenance, they have been top performers in my book. The sales team was very informative and helpful without being pushy, like at most dealerships. The parts department is also 5 star perfect in helping you with the added little extras we wanted for out new van. Then there is the service team who makes your job the most important job of their day making you feel very much cared for without any worries about the quality of their work. Then let’s not forget the office staff, they go out of their way to make sure every thing is explained to you so you never have any confusion with paperwork or billing. I always repaired my own vehicle but always took my wife’s van to what ever dealership it was purchased from to have work done. Repairing my own vehicle was due to not trusting the dealerships in doing a top notch job as poor work always done to wife’s vehicle. After purchasing a new vehicle at Baugher Motors and experiencing their other departments I felt a little easier with taking my wife’s vehicle to have routine maintenance performed. With this maintenance, I discovered that their service department is as outstanding as the rest of their dealership. Take it from someone that does not trust car dealerships, I will now buy and have maintained all my vehicles exclusively by Baugher Motors. I have been around and have found no dealership even close to the level of care and quality of work that Baugher Motors performs. They are truly a five star dealership. Today my wife and I swapped vehicles because we had taken hers to Baugher Motors to have some regular maintenance performed. I am disabled and always home so I didn’t need my vehicle for the day. My wife called from work and explained that she had to go have some emergency dental work done therefore I would have to pickup my son from band practice. She wasn’t sure how I was going to do this being I had no vehicle that day. I told her not to worry. I felt very confident that Baugher Motors would help me with the problem. I called and explained my dilemma to them and they said they would perform the maintenance ASAP and bring the vehicle to me. Now it was 9:00AM and I didn’t need the vehicle until 4:00PM, as I had explained to them. By 10:00AM the vehicle was sitting in my driveway with all work completed. Let me tell you that after dealing with many other local dealers I found this service to be above and beyond the normal requirements of doing business. Baugher Motors made sure that my personal problem was dealt with just like a member of their own family. As always they made sure that the customer comes first. Thanks again Baugher Motors!

I bought the reasonably priced package for three oil changes that include tire rotation, and they do a short inspection of the vehicle and list Red/Yellow/Green depending on what is found. My Son took his vehicle in to drop off on Friday, to be serviced Saturday morning because he has Military Duty and couldn't take it and wait. They didn't have any envelopes in the drop off box, so he had an regular envelope and put the info on it and deposited the key in the dropbox. They contacted me the next day and said the vehicle was done so I got a ride out to pick it up. When I arrived they gave me the key and I asked for the R/Y/G paper. The guy said I had to talk to Tyler (who was on the phone) after waiting, Tyler told me that the envelope only said oil change, so they didn't do any of the rest of the stuff. He said we should've written it down that we wanted a tire rotation & vehicle check (which I already paid for). I told him there were no envelopes, so how are we supposed to know what to write down! He didn't believe me about the envelopes so he went and checked the box himself. I left very disappointed because it's such a hassle to drop off a vehicle because they said they don't do reservations. I've left four messages for (Rachel R.) over the last two weeks and I have not heard back. I'm told she is the service manager, and I have an issue with the work (not) done to my vehicle and the way I was treated by the staff, and I have yet to receive a call back! This is very disappointing! My oil was overserviced, tires not rotated, and the red-yellow-green check sheet not completed! Why pay for a package only to receive this kind of service and then to be ignored.

The service at Bedford Jeep is not typical and I mean that in a good way. The guys at the service counter are knowledgeable, professional and on top of things. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Given the awesome service I received I’ll be buying my next Jeep from Bedford Jeep.
