Very friendly, Great service area with complementary coffee and juice and snacks, If service finds an issue or something you should be aware of they send you a short video showing and explaining what they found, might be something that needs to be addressed or just something to keep an eye on. I've never felt pressured to do more than what I came in for. Highly recommend them for any of your vehicles needs!

Went in for an inspection and oil change, thank goodness, because they found a bad left rear trailing arm and warranty replaced it at no cost.🙂 Waited for the vehicle and the waiting area was comfortably equipped. Wait time was very reasonable, along with updates.

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle from Reedman, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a complete lemon. Barely a month after driving it off the lot, I started experiencing numerous problems. The vehicle had to be towed back to Reedman, where I was informed that there's a shortage of hybrid mechanics, causing a significant delay in repairs. After weeks of waiting, they claimed to have fixed the issue and returned the car to me. However, on the same day, more issues surfaced, and the car had to be taken back to the dealership yet again. It's been sitting there for an extended period now, with no end in sight. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, be prepared for lengthy service times and the possibility of not having your car returned to you for weeks on end.
