Few hours before the appointment they sent an email to check if I am interested in buying specific car I book appointment for or willing consider other options. Upon arrival I was told the car I traveled for was sold the other night. Very unprofessional staff.

As always, LeeAnn Green was wonderfully patient and professional with my many worries about my 2000 Saturn wagon. She listened to all my concerns about various issues with my car. I mainly came in to have the hood latch cable replaced, but I also had other questions about various noises and other possible problems with my old car. She and the mechanic listened carefully to me and did not make me feel foolish for asking so many questions, even about the most minor issues. They also wisely spotted that my front tires were very worn out, so I had new ones installed. I am very pleased with the efficient customer and technical service that Saturn of the Valley offers. I feel secure that I can always go back there with further repair concerns and that Leeann will take all of these concerns seriously. The customer service at Saturn of the Valley is excellent; it is definitely the best auto repair facility I have ever been to. Very disappointed in the service of my vehicle. I made an appointment to have my car serviced. My car sat at the dealership all day and got worked on at 4pm. The mechanic was done with an hour. It was a rush job and now my car is back at Saturn as I write this message. My engine light is back on, my brakes are still squeaking, and I was charged $95 for employee to tell me what I told them about my airbag light. My coupon was in my car for a discount on my oil change and alignment and I was charged the full price for the alignment. Now employee told my cousin who dropped off my car that my car not get worked on today. I am leaving for a road trip on Monday and did not anticipate my car not being operable. That was my whole purpose for having my car serviced in advance at Cochran. So now, what I am suppose to do if my car is not ready to get on the road. I am so frustrated at this moment.
