I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent on repairs only, for a car under warranty with around 1500 miles. Not only that, they refused to do anything about my problem.
I then turned to Rohrich Lexus and had a wonderful experience with them. It took some time for them to solve the problem but they kept me abreast with what was going on. Although, the Service Department was not helpful, Shawn, the sales person, and the general manger, Jason Xenack were excellent. They contacted the Service Department (especially Jason) and returned our calls, always letting us know that the problem would be solved one way or the other. They even compensated us for the long time it took in repairing our problem which according to Toyota was not repairable. Thank you Shawn and Jason. People like you, makes it worthwhile dealing with your company.
