We just bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, our salesmen was Jim he was the best did most everything over the phone an he understands that time is money. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Jim in the past 2 years. With covid an the issue with vehicles we also were able to get out of our used Jeep Cherokee and got back what we paid for it just 1.5 year previous. Do to a better credit score we were also able to go from a 15.9 % apr down to a 4.23% an that was all Jim working the best deal possible for us. I'm reading all the these responses on here an I'm highly surprised that this dealership had the rating it does, I'll also say Mike in the service department has always been professional an done everything they can to help us with the maintenance of our vehicles to include working on 2 different vehicles that were not purchased from them.
