If you are looking for a car, ask for Greg Long! Greg is incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I really appreciated his no-pressure approach to sales. He went above and beyond for me, even spending a significant amount of time measuring a Subaru Forester to make sure it would fit perfectly for me and my dog when we go camping. When it came to getting the exact car I wanted, Greg set up a dealer trade. Unfortunately, the dealership accidentally gave away my trade-in vehicle. To fix the situation, Greg spent his day off driving past Seattle to secure and trade for the only Forester available in my preferred color. He completely honors his word and does whatever it takes to look after his customers' wants. Greg provides exceptional service, and I highly recommend working with him!

Ben was super down-to-earth, answered all my questions, and made sure we drove off feeling great about the decision. Huge shoutout to Fernando and Tanner too—they worked their magic behind the scenes to keep the deal and paperwork moving without any headaches. We have previously gotten 2 cars from crater lake ford and had nothing but bad experiences with their sales and service department. We honestly were pretty scared to get another car and debated not even going. Im so glad we did. Gabe was absolutely AMAZING! He assured us that we would find the best fit for us and he did! We walked out with our FIRST brand new 2026 Subaru Forester and we are absolutely in LOVE. Gabe was so great throughout the whole process. We were laughing the entire time. Everyone in there was so amazing. I am so happy we decided to trust Gabe. If I could give him 100 stars I would. Definitely recommend going there to see Gabe if you are looking for a new car.

The salesman was nice and I’ve met some nice people in the service department. However, as far as service and promises I’ve not had a good experience up to this point.I’ve never received the call from Emily I was told I’d get 10 days after my new car purchase (now a month out) to help walk me through operation of my new vehicle. I was told I’d always get a loaner when my car was there for service. I left my new car there after purchase for protective coating. I had my trade in for a loaner just overnight and was called the very next morning to return it as they had sold it already. They did not have another loaner. The Protective coating had not been done on my new car yet and I expressed I did not want to take my new car off the lot until it had been completed. My salesman called that they had decided to send my new car off sight for the protective coating without my approval as Crystal was not there to do the job. The protective coating had many flaws when I picked it up. They wanted to return it to the off site place that applied the coating. In view of the poor workmanship I refused and requested Crystal do the repairs/critiquing as she was now back at work. They agreed but when I took it back to Subaru they insisted it had to be done by the providing place. Again I expressed I had been promised Crystal would do the job. I don’t really know for sure who did it, but I bought the protective package from Subaru and feel they need to guarantee it and stand behind it. I also paid for more protective costing than I actually received. While picking up my new car after supposed critiquing of the protective coating, I expressed I needed help understanding the operation of some features of my new car. They set me up with my salesman. I told him I had still not received the promised call from Emily. He walked me through what he could and left a message for Emily to contact me to set up a tutorial appointment. That was a week ago yesterday. I’ve still not heard from Emily. I messaged my salesman yesterday asking him to return my call. I’ve not heard back from him. I experienced such kindness and service promises when I was considering buying my car from Subaru of Bend and now am so very saddened by the lack of contact and service as promised that I’ve experienced after my purchase. It has truly taken the joy out of the ownership of this new vehicle . I truly wish i my trade in back. Frustrated and very disappointed.. Dee 😢😞😩

I've had a very positive experience here from the time I walked and looked around in the parking lot until I drove my car off the lot. I was approached and asked if I needed any help and told them exactly what I wanted and they ordered it for me and it got there in 2 months (estimated was 2-3 months) just as I wanted. I was working with 2 sales persons as the 1st one got promoted as I waited for my car and the Sales Manager. Everything went smooth. The Finance guy was top notch too. I was informed of my available options in regards to financing and also on available warranties. I made my decisions and nothing was ever pushed on me, much appreciated!! I am a happy customer and highly recommend the Klamath Falls Subaru Dealership in Oregon.

The dealership was very responsive when we were buying a car. Once we made the purchase and needed assistance to resolve a discrepancy, we could not get a call back. Their website advertised a remote start. Now we are told it will cost an additional $800 for the remote start. This is false advertising and we want a manager to call us. But after numerous attempts over the last 1.5 weeks, nobody has returned our message. I highly recommend against this dealership.

Was sold a"Wentworthless" contract for $599 Now questionable - Foster mom

When I purchased my new car, I was upsold a Resistall clean car service contract, good over 5 years. The pitch was that as a foster parent of 3 kids who might spill on the fabric, it would be a great investment. Resistall has gone out of business. I have gone in personally, as requested. I was told someone would call me back. I have called, gone online and still NO ONE is communicating with me. Today, the service dept. line rang 10 times before going into voice mail. My car is in the service center being cared for. I was given a ride home and they will collect me when the car is ready. It took awhile, but they made good their promise. Thank you Wentworth for now being "Worthwhile!" The rest of the story: I collected my car today, 2/21, and can see no change of a cleaner interior. Since my car has 4 years of use... I give up. Maybe they tried or just "shined me on."

I had the opportunity to visit the service department here on 9/1/18. However I didn't get my vehicle serviced here as I was passing through pulling a trailer and broke down and only 391 miles from my home dealer. I had the pleasure to deal with Lori Lupo the only service advisor working on a Saturday. I had a charge air cooler tube blow off. I asked if she could check to see if its covered under warranty. I was told that she didn't know how to do that and the guy that does all the warranty work isn't there till Monday. I walked her through the process of looking it up through Ford Oasis. Which it was covered under warranty. Then was told that they couldn't take a look at it until 9/14/18. I even asked if someone could come out and just take a look at it to help band aid it so I can get to my destination. I completely understand that it's hard to take in walk ins and especially on the weekend. However taking a couple of minutes out of the day to have a technician come and take a quick look isn't too much to ask. Needless to say I had to band aid it in their parking lot. On a good note I did make it to my destination later that day.

Dont recommend going to this dealership for any service. I've had one oil change that was done incorrectly and had to go back a few weeks later to have the oil topped off due to low oil level. I've found various broken pieces of plastic around the air filter box and intake along with oil caps left in the engine bay. Then to top it all off I had a wheel bearing replaced a few months after I bought my used vehicle from them and I'm am now having the same bearing replaced 14 months later when all of the factory bearings on the other wheels are just fine and now they are refusing to warranty the part unless I drive it ( with an unsafe wheel bearing that has caused brake pressure issues while turning sharp left ) from the other dealer to theirs so they can work something out with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to have your car in the shop most of its life.

I recommend Tiffany to any one looking for a great new or used vehicle and Zach (mgr) in service for all your maintenance needs.
