Over the years Stephan in the service department has taken care of all of my repairs and maintenance for my 2006 Subaru. This last time was no exception, and he fit me in quickly and set me up with a rental car because I live so far away. My car was quickly back on the road and has been problem free since. I know that when I take my car in, I will get an honest quote and it will be repaired correctly and that has offered me a lot of peace of mind. Stephan has been the guy that keeps me coming back any time my car is in need of maintenance or repair, and he has done the same for my sister and my parents who both own Subarus. I would highly recommend talking to him for any of your maintenance/repair needs.

I have a 2019 Cross Trek. - JW

I have a 2019 Cross Trek. It's the first car I've ever owned where the radio doesn't continue to work correctly on its own. I was offered a paid radio subscription when I bought the car. I had never paid for radio before and could see no reason to start. A while back the radio started acting up, wouldn't save stations, etc. I took it in to Capitol Subaru. In about 15 minutes, they fixed it. They didn't charge me. So I thought OK. It's a minor inconvenience, I'll just have to take my car in every now and then to have the radio updated. Today I brought it in. I was told that the car was no longer under warranty. It would cost $165 to have the radio updated! I can't believe this. No parts required, just a reset of the software. It comes out to about $500 an hour for labor! I'm going to try living with the wonky radio.

My wife took her car I for issues of dead batteries. She was so pleased with Shelby; she answered all of her questions. We drove to Carr Subaru this am as we were concerned about what the issue was with here vehicle. I was introduced to Shelby and she is indeed amazing. She offered a loaner car as they were still attempting to locate the issue. She is absolutely the best customer service person I have ever met! We chatted about what was being done to locate the issue…she smiled the entire time and said not to worry. She really does deserve to be recognized for her amazing service.

I bought my 2016 fusion from a very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and the sales manager worked with me to get me in to my car. A few months later I came in for a tire rotation and balance of my tires. Shortly after this service I noticed a bouncing in my rear tires and a noise that was getting louder and louder. I made a appointment for it to be checked out and they found that the alignment was off, the tires were out of balance, and these new tires were nearly warn out on the inside. This alignment and balancing issue should have been noticed during the rotation. They put new tires on and alignment, as well as gave me a rental so I could get my son to school. This was such an amazing example of customer service and made me a customer for life. I will refer them to everyone. Thank you so much gentry Ford!

Fantastic group of people. Purchased my Forester from Harley Swain through Tiffany Reig in July and I just returned to have my first service. Service was just as professional as sales. I recommend Tiffany to any one looking for a great new or used vehicle and Zach (mgr) in service for all your maintenance needs.

Dont recommend going to this dealership for any service. I've had one oil change that was done incorrectly and had to go back a few weeks later to have the oil topped off due to low oil level. I've found various broken pieces of plastic around the air filter box and intake along with oil caps left in the engine bay. Then to top it all off I had a wheel bearing replaced a few months after I bought my used vehicle from them and I'm am now having the same bearing replaced 14 months later when all of the factory bearings on the other wheels are just fine and now they are refusing to warranty the part unless I drive it ( with an unsafe wheel bearing that has caused brake pressure issues while turning sharp left ) from the other dealer to theirs so they can work something out with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to have your car in the shop most of its life.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences with a car dealership.Service department will not answer the phone or return calls, and I mean not at all. Took my car in for air conditioner service,had appointment for 10:15 and said they would call when it was done, guess what no call I finally called them at 2:00 surprise no answer did not return my call. So I go to get my car and it is not done, I was informed it needed a part that was not originally quoted, but you guessed it no one called me to get authorization for the new quote. Will never use Klamath Subaru again.

We bought our Outback from Lithia Subaru a number of years ago, before moving to Central Oregon. We have had nothing but issues with the dealership over here. They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!

When my Outback had an engine light come on I immediately brought it to have it serviced. My service rep, Vaughn Craft, greeted me and put my mind at ease. He could not recommend me driving the car safely. It was the day before Thanksgiving and the car would not be worked on for a few days. He happily offered a free loaner car so I would be able to travel to be with family during the holiday. Vaughn explained everything to me about the service. Very friendly and professional

Was sold a"Wentworthless" contract for $599 Now questionable - Foster mom

When I purchased my new car, I was upsold a Resistall clean car service contract, good over 5 years. The pitch was that as a foster parent of 3 kids who might spill on the fabric, it would be a great investment. Resistall has gone out of business. I have gone in personally, as requested. I was told someone would call me back. I have called, gone online and still NO ONE is communicating with me. Today, the service dept. line rang 10 times before going into voice mail. My car is in the service center being cared for. I was given a ride home and they will collect me when the car is ready. It took awhile, but they made good their promise. Thank you Wentworth for now being "Worthwhile!" The rest of the story: I collected my car today, 2/21, and can see no change of a cleaner interior. Since my car has 4 years of use... I give up. Maybe they tried or just "shined me on."
