Worked with Butler Ford's service department for about 2 months getting my vehicle warrantied. They picked up the work that a locally [unnamed] dealer left unfinished and in worse shape than they found it. From the moment I made contact with the service department at Butler, I was treated with the utmost respect, receiving timely updates, good communication etc.
Jeremy Z in service is a Gem of an employee. He is knowledgeable, intelligible, diligent, funny and seems like he enjoys what he does; No one likes bringing their vehicle in, but he is a breath of fresh air and will work above and beyond to get you answers, work you into the schedule and verify that the work done on your vehicle was done right. I had a concern that I called Jeremy on and asked if I could being my vehicle in to get it looked at early morning. He got me in and out in 1 day, quickest turn around I've ever had at a dealer.
I didn't get to work with Thomas very much, but he was equally as helpful and worked with me when Jeremy was away to get me answers and complete paperwork when things needs to be done.
Props to Alex R in Service - the Master Tech that replaced the 5.0 on my Tremor, he is a fine craftsman, left everything in better shape than he found it. My vehicle is running great.
Watching the service department work is like watching a highly-functional family. They are all buddies with each-other, crack jokes, smile, laugh and coordinate well. I wish I could give them more stars, they have been nothing but a blessing in my service intervals, between warranty work, oil changes etc. Highly recommend Butler Ford, they will take care of you.
