Wow- customer service and decent people still exist. Roger Button just made this a bad situation so much better. I bought a car under a year ago here, found put the engine blew 12,000 miles in. Mini & Roger fixed the situation the best they could. I am trading in and buying a different from here now. After this problem and the way they handled it here at the dealership, I would have my children buy a car here.

I had a fantastic experience with Driveway, the team there, and specifically Danielle. Finding a vehicle was easy, all the important details were available, and the pricing couldn't be beat. I kept expecting to see some surprise fees at some point and was pleasantly surprised that the pricing published was the actual price. The best part was the team of people guiding and facilitating what can be a complex and tedious process. I will definitely be buying here in the future!

The experience was better than I expected. The car was ready when they said it would be ready. The staff were all friendly and professional, no one tried to upsell me. There were no surprise fees or charges for my purchase. The staff communicated with me and with each other in a timely and respectful way. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle or someone I know is, I will be making this Carmax location my first stop and first suggestion.
