The dealership neglected to put my oil filter in correctly and caused my new 4Runner to run completely out of oil. They state they nothing is wrong with the vehicle but they refuse to let us trade it in. The GM is nowhere to be found in this and is making us wait 2 weeks before he has time for a meeting with us.

Trevor in the service department handled my stressful situation very well. I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
