Jake got us in and out quick. Jake knows his cars and how to set up everything we needed for our phones to match up with our new 2025 Rava4. Explained all the bells and whistle and showed us how they worked. He went out of his way to get our numbers to work. Of coarse Trevor had the final say I think to match our numbers. Then there's Shane, Shane is tops in his department. Shane had our paperwork done very quickly and explained all the financial end of it . Thidteam works together to take care of there customers in my opinion. Been trading with this dealership close to 25 years and will till I'm 6 foot under. If they don't have it right then they can get and with a fair price.

Trevor in the service department handled my stressful situation very well. I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
