The service staff is knowledgeable, courteous and provided excellent service. They also did extra little things that most service places would not have even given a thought to do. They went above and beyond my expectations. I have had my vehicles worked on at other places and had long waiting periods and the people treated me as though they didn't even want my business. That wasn't the case with the Nissan service department. I have already made an appointment for more work to be done.

Well done. I initially was very nervous about using the Concierge Valet service. Genesis of Edmond picked up my G-80 from Lawton and brought a loaner to me. Steve the driver was professional and answered all my questions. Tanner, the Service Technician kept me informed of the status of the repairs. The vehicle was returned with a full tank of gas. Thank you, Genesis, for the great service and for giving me peace of mind that my G-80 is in good hands.
