I just got my vehicle serviced at Lexus, and they were absolutely fantastic! From the moment I called to schedule, everyone was so nice and eager to help. My loaner vehicle was super clean (as always) and even had a Pike Pass, which made everything super convenient.
They really made sure I was comfortable with every step of the service before moving forward, which I appreciated so much. Blythe was amazing—she actually listened to my concerns and even had the service techs explain some things to me in detail. That level of care means a lot!
They’ve definitely earned my loyalty, and I’ll keep bringing my vehicle back here. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for excellent service and a team that truly cares!
