I will never buy a Ford vehicle ever again, and I will caution everyone to never do business with this dealership. My 2016 Ford Focus has been a nightmare ever since I bought it. The transmission, specifically the Transmission Control Module, is well documented to have been an utter disaster that Ford knowingly put on the market between 2012 and 2017. I have barely used the car, at only about 81,000 miles, and Ford has repeatedly refused to honor their Customer Satisfaction Program for my vehicle, even though the 10 year/150,000 extended warranty does not end until October 2026, since my car in-service date is October 2016 and I am well under the mileage limits, as confirmed by Ford corporate customer service. I was given a case number, but was advised that the case was immediately closed. I wasn't even given a moment of consideration. Furthermore, when I bought the vehicle, the information and spec sheet that the dealership posts on the windshield was used to cover a windshield crack that I was unable to see when I was shopping the vehicle. When asked for a repair, they said it already had been repaired, and that the crack was simply cosmetic. It's not so much the cosmetic issue for me - it's that they willingly and knowingly covered it with a sheet of paper so that it wasn't readily apparent, nor did the salesman make me aware of it. Incredibly dishonest people. I do not recommend this dealership, even if you are truly desperate for a vehicle. Buyer beware.

Great dealership and very helpful service department. We feel so fortunate to have a dealership of such quality in our area. Yesterday we purchased our third new vehicle in last 10 years from salesman, Donnie Laferr. Donnie has made the process extremely easy and pleasant every time. There are several other employees through the years that have also been most helpful in the process of buying, and afterwards getting our vehicles serviced, at Billingsley Ford in Duncan. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We understand that we live in a real world and sometimes things happen that are beyond the employees control and hard decisions need to be made (we've been there a couple of times) but we feel that they have always done everything in their power to make things right.

Just wanted to leave a review for this dealership and my sales lady. Jennifer Thomason works at James Hodge Ford, my nephew told me how their family had the best car buying experience they ever had with her so I wanted to reach out to her. I drove up to Muskogee as soon as I pulled on the lot she had the vehicle I wanted pulled up front full of gas and cleaned for me, we went for a test drive and she was very knowledgeable. Once back at the store I told her I was ready to buy the vehicle. I was at the dealership a total of 45 mins start to finish. The managers were awesome and not pushy at all. I will be a James Hodge customer for life!!! When you think about buying go to James Hodge Ford and ask for Jennifer Thomason! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was looking for a used pickup. I found one on their website that I was really interested in. I researched it online filled out the paperwork to make sure I qualified before I drove 45 miles into their lot. I even called them and talked to a salesperson to make sure what I done was right and that the vehicle was there and I qualified for it. I made an appointment and drove in. The person I made the appointment with could not see me so someone else said they would help me. I gave them the information on the pickup I was interested in and told them I had already done the paperwork and showed them I was qualified. He looked it up on the computer and told me that although the truck was on the website it was not on the lot (yet). He left the office and about 20 minutes later a different salesperson showed up. He told me the other man was busy with another customer. He then proceeded to tell me I didn't qualify after all. However, if I wanted to look at a different pickup with over 50000 miles on it then one, I wanted to look at. I could get it. I told me no thank you and walked out. I really don't think that they wanted to help me because I was not the kind of customer they wanted to do business with. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you come in with a lot of money a nice car and dressed in a suit. They will bend over backwards for someone like that but for an average citizen they cannot be bothered.
