where to start here bare with me bc this is gonna be a very long review! in October of 2023 I had been saving up for my dream car a H3 Hummer I found one on Facebook marketplace at Joe cooper of Shawnee. I went and test drove it and noticed a slight knock, I also asked about the tire pressure sensor that was on. I was really assured that the knock was bc they had just done an oil change and it would smooth out. waited for my title and ended up having to pay late fees bc they didn't do it in a timely matter and refused to give me another temporary tag. i had put every penny in my savings towards this car that I had dreamed of! I noticed the transmission slipping in December.By Jan my car was back at the dealership. I begged for a loaner car for three months and was constantly told that I was on the list and if one became available they would let me know. By the end of Feb, first of March I was beyond upset! they kept putring me off blaming it on the warranty company. i finally went into the dealership upset and they said they would have my car ready by that Thursday, Thursday rolls around it's still not done.Friday I went back in and was told there was a "oil leak" on the pan and it had already been approved by my warranty company. but they didn't wanna keep my car any longer than what they already had and they would put me on the list for a loaner and call me as soon as it was available. by July I still hadn't heard from them, my car was overheating and had no power they told me I was never put on the waiting list. I was beyond mad! I called Daryl Barett and told him every thing that was wrong including them slicing my underglow lights, he re assured me that he would make it right, he said he would get a hold of Jeremy Woods, the GM of that location. jeremy than called me and I explained everything including his employees leaving tools in my exhaust manifold that they said the bolts were broken off in. no response the next day the lady in the office called me and told me to come get the loaner so they could work on my Hummer. They sent me a text of what was wrong with my Hummer and everything said pre approved. Derek and I have Gone rounds and i had asked to NOT deal with him at all. Thirty days in I'm told NOTHING is approved again I fought with them after numerous lies and not returned calls I finally got a hold of Daryl Barret again and this time he had a major attitude with me. Jeremy woods called me and told me I needed to come sign another agreement I went back in and even though Jeremy knew nothing about the oil leak and he would call me back and never did the girl said that my hummer was in the shop being repaired. Another month goes by and again Derek messaged me being very obnoxious saying I needed to return the loaner and they weren't fixing anything other than the transmission dip stick I said what about my lights, what about the manifold, what about the secondary air pump valve they told me none of that was covered by my warranty, and they don't touch under glow! Again I called Jeremy and Darryl again no answer and no call back, you would think that when I'm spending 13 Grand on a car from you you would go to the ball for me and make things happen for you the valve is covered but they didn't wanna work on it! Jeremy said they fixed multiple things and didn't charge me I said what the transmission dip stick that's it!!!! I returned the loaner and was told by Jacob that I needed to get into my hummer and leave and where was the equinox. I showed him, when I got there the vehicle they knew was overheating was left running when I dropped off my hummer it had a full tank when I picked it up it was on empty! Hope they enjoyed running my gas out I hope taking advan of a single mom on disability with Parkinson's makes your heart happy! I'm glad you can afford to sit with your kids and have food to eat! HUGE DISSAPOITMENT do NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY IN THERE POCKETS

2019 Cadillac CTS-V BEST PURCHASED AFTER 6HR DRIVE FROM TX - kaybel815

I live in Houston, TX and was shopping around for a 2019 Cadillac CTS-V. I just recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade in Nov 2018 at Central Houston Cadillac. They took good care of me with my purchase so I decided to give them the 1st shot at the deal. Unfortunately my original Sales person and Sales manager I worked with is no longer with the company but one of the Sales Manager was still working there so I told him what I was looking for and he went to located the vehicle for me and found it. He then sent me the price quote sheet and from what I can see he was charging me full MSRP so I called and asked why? His answer was why would he sell this car for less when he can sell it for full price. This was his answer after I told him what a great dealer they have how his sales team helped me with my new purchased. So guess what I did, the big mistake he made was including the Vin # of the vehicle so I googled it and found the car sitting at Bob Moore Cadillac at Norman, OK. One thing stood out is that I’ve purchased a Porsche before From Bob Moore of Porsche. So I called Bob Moore Cadillac and mentioned what had happened. I spoke to Mory and right away we hit it off. Mory took great care of me as a repeat customer. He provided the same quality service as I received when I purchased my Porsche. I drove 6hrs to OK to pick up the car. I got to the dealer at 8:30AM and I was welcomed by Thi and he took the time to answer all my questions and went thru all the paperwork. It was my daughter’s birthday and they even had me pick out something from the Gift Shop as a Thank you. So I wanted to take this time again to Thank Bob Moore Cadillac Specially to Mory and Thi for the great service. I wished the dealer was her in Houston as they need more people like them here.

BOUGHT A OLDER USED CAR, Knew it was SOLD AS IS. had a problem a few days later, i just knew it was on me...But Let my sales person know, 5 min latter the GSM call me, Got me in the same day, Delivered bank to me at home next day! I have now Bought 2 More New trucks and a car for my daughter! I won't buy any other place now. They Also Give free oil changes for life, New or Used. Love them!

The dealership side of the experience was amazing! Ricky went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle! The vehicle wasn't what we initially wanted or needed but due to the bank side and payment which isn't on the dealership we ended up in a vehicle we love at an affordable payment. Everyone in the dealership that we interacted with was amazing and didn't treat us poorly, unlike most dealerships once they find out your credit isn't perfect, they start to treat you like you are beneath them. Ricky and even the finance guy (forgive me I'm bad with names) were amazing! Will always recommend Wilson auto family and will be back in the future to buy again! What ever you are paying Ricky it isn't enough!

Southwest Buick GMC of Lawton Oklahoma has shown that they are the epitome of a “slimy” dealership. This evening at 6:30pm, my fiancée and I decided to go view a vehicle that we had spent some time researching. We had a wonderful car salesman, Derek, who was very attentive. He allowed us to test drive, stated he would investigate any concerns we may have of the vehicle during the test drive, and we stated during the test drive that we would like to go back and discuss our options. During this time, another salesman called Derek and stated he had another couple interested in the vehicle. Derek stated he would have to wait and we would be back shortly. Once we were back, Southwest took our other vehicle to determine the trade-in value and we proceeded to discuss our options with Derek concerning finance. He was amazing. However; during this time of Southwest researching our options and looking at what best fit us, the other salesman told management that we were not committed and sold the vehicle to the other couple as we were signing our formal commitment. Management decided the couple that came AFTER us had more right to the vehicle. It came down to the fact that the other couple was given the paperwork faster while we discussed terms of our trade-in. Management came to us and stated that the General Manager decided that the other couple had right over us due to the fact that the other salesman had stated we were “not committed”. Our salesman, Derek, made a blatant stand that Southwest does not treat people as such and stood up to management. All of this being done in front of us. It was very uncomfortable for us to witness that it had to even be a discussion especially as management walked around rushing for the other couple to complete their paperwork. However; the dealership still decided they were unable to sale to us due to what the other salesman had said and the vehicle would have to go to the other couple. All of this being reiterated by our salesman because management did not speak to us until AFTER they sold to someone else. We were told this at 8:30pm. Two hours AFTER we started the process on this vehicle. But, we are “not committed”. This is terrible management. However; I would work with Derek again if he decides to change employment. I will be taking my business elsewhere and hope the best to anyone that ever tries to buy from there. If you go, make sure you get the salesman with no sense of morals if you truly want the vehicle.
