I can't say enough good things about my experiences at - Keyara slaughter

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Clintonville Car Sales. I bought my first car from them and over the years, I’ve purchased several more and each time has been a fantastic experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and genuinely interested in helping you find the right vehicle. The sales reps are patient and have made the process enjoyable. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect car every time. This dealership has a great selection of used vehicles and I appreciate their transparency regarding pricing and financing options. Overall, I highly recommend Clintonville Car Sales to anyone in the market for a used car. I look forward to returning for my next vehicle purchase!

Chris and Doug are the best - Christap36

I had an amazing experience with Dave white auto credit, and the best part about it was the salesmen.. Doug and Chris are so down to earth and honest. We filled out an online application and with in an hour we had a response that we were approved, we went in a few day's later and drove away in our new SUV. . I would recommend this car lot to every one. . They treated us very well and took very good care of us. Thank you so much for the great experience! !

Sad and shameful. - Simplyblessed

I was aware that I was paying twice the price, of the car, but sometimes you have to do it that way. I got hit and my car was totaled. Discover added the price with the interest to my insurance, when they should have just submitted my principal to state Farm. So, they got paid three times for my car. It was like adding salt to my already bruised heart. I’m pretty sure that it was illegal for them to submit false claims

Good response time as to the availability of the vehicle. - jamesmccauley0258

Good response time as to the availability of the vehicle. Other similar vehicles offered as well.

These Guys Pay Attention to Details - bodyplus

Working with dan was the best experience I've ever had, he took me to the auction with him to find the car I was looking for and treated every car we looked at as if he was buying it for himself...Highly Recommended!!

Low grade products - ErikD

Sold us a car that he said was a good car and deal. Brake line needed replace and transmission went out after 5 weeks of having it, if you buy from them make sure you have a second party look at the vehicle.

Bad place to go for a car - 12471247Ka

We got a 2006 gold Jeep Liberty renegade from guaranteed auto sales and they are a bad place to get a vehicle they don’t work on your vehicle is properly They give you a rental car and it hasn’t been serviced and it threw me and my boyfriend off the road in December of 2018 they like to harass you and they always think that the right and that they fixed everything when you continuously to have the same problems we took our jeep liberty to new Lebanon Ohio and had it looked at and we have the starter and the battery love that because guaranteed said that they replaced the starter and the battery which come to find out that they never replaced anything they just said they did So don’t go there unless you want your money stolen from you and they put you in a lemon Supposedly all their cars run really good and then two days later you start having problems and then they fix it they never do but they say they do and you have to have a special licensed mechanic to see if they did

Never got back to me about my last 2 vehicle inquiries. - glucasnapa

Never got back to me about my last 2 vehicle inquiries. I’m convinced not to reply to these. Why post if you’re really not selling. Seems like a scam at worst

DO NOT GO TO JAKE SWEENEY SMARTMART AT 7901 Vine St,... - scrawford22

DO NOT GO TO JAKE SWEENEY SMARTMART AT 7901 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45216 this is the worse dealership i have ever been to. 1. when my mother and i walked in no one greeted us 2. when i told the sales person i wanted to check out a car he did not bother to get up he just say back in the chair and asked about my credit and if i needed help with financing 3.he told me i should go to a buy here pay here lot because i did not have good credit 4. i told him i wanted to check out the car because i wanted to purchase it and he told me there is no use in falling in love with something you probably cant get and he told me i could look at it from the outside but he would not open the car i took offence to that i thought he was just joking about everything but he was not and was extremely rude i thought he was joking but he wouldn't even let me or my mother look at the car and just laughed. i do not recommend this place to anyone if you are looking to purchase a vehicle

auto purchase - string

I purchased a 94 S10 for a good price and have had no trouble with the truck. Paperwork was processed in under a half hour. Randy is very personable.

Bought a nissan frontier with 3000 miles from them in... - btheis

Bought a nissan frontier with 3000 miles from them in 2002. Truck has been just fine other than the usual shit. Don't listen to the haters. Jim amy gives carfax reports with the vehicles they sell. If you are to dumb to request one up front then in my honest opinion its your ass. Caveat Emptor!

buy elsewhere - mel

Worst place in the world to buy a car!!! Please save your money and go elsewhere. The staff and owners are very rude and unwilling to help. They only care about themselves.

I saw this SUV online which i was interested in, I live... - zeals

I saw this SUV online which i was interested in, I live 500 miles a way I called the dealer and asked to see if there are any scratches or dents on the car and the overall condition of, both salesman replied with no dents or hardly any scratches, i asked if you can take a photo or 2 because the online images weren't clear, they replied everything is good no need for photos I doubled checked and no dent any where, so i took their word for it and took a flight to buy the SUV when i got there there was a dent by the gas opening, and couldn't back out of the sales because i have already put expenses into my traveling i took home, when i got home the trunk was muddy, dirty but the sales man said that they had it detailed, after few car washes more scratches started to appear because they had covered with wax and the wax washed off, its unfortunate the you try to believe people or give them a try to be honest and they screw you at the end so they can make a sale.

Just purchased a truck at KMA. - karla_poling

Just purchased a truck at KMA. Tanner was our salesman. We had the very best auto purchasing experience. Professional, courteous, and customer oriented. We were in and out in no time. Tanner followed up with us also after a couple of days. He made our buying experience a pleasant one. Highly recommend them.

Great experience - Todd

I bought a convertible Mercedes. Love it! Great place to walk around and check out the style of vehicles. Everything in the dealership is priced right. Nick and Kyle did a great job! Thanks for a great car buying experience. We love our car.

Paid cash for a car on 09/16/23 and it is now 11/02/23 - Keith

Paid cash for a car on 09/16/23 and it is now 11/02/23 and the car still has not been transferred into my name. Tags are expired so I can't drive it. They keep passing blame on to other people and are not calling me back. The lady answering the phone said I probably need to come in in person. I live an hour away and can't drive the car. Horrible experience.

Great Experience worth driving for from Ann Arbor - Jaclyn71

Within minutes of requesting information on my CX-9 via the website, I received a call from my sales representative, Chad Dewald. That was the beginning of the excellent service I received from him and the entire dealership. The evening we drove down from Ann Arbor to purchase the car we met the owner, Bill Gaietto, who offered to deliver the car to us so we didn't have to make another trip. We didn't think he meant personally, but he and Chad were at our house the very next day. I'm truly glad we bought our car from Mazda Direct and this great team. Thanks for an awesome car and buying experience! Jaclyn Lebert

My mother recently bought a 2003 VW Beetle from this... - AlylaGene

My mother recently bought a 2003 VW Beetle from this dealership. The staff started off as friendly, but after the purchase was made, they found problems with the car as soon as they drove off the lot. There were at least two sensors that were problems and there was an entire belly plate missing, which led to them attempting to get it fixed. They proceeded to tell her that they wouldn't fix it because it "wasn't under warranty". The staff neglected to tell them that these problems existed. When she attempted to speak to the Used Car Sales Manager, Joe Gerycz, she was redirected multiple times to the wrong person. When she attempted to get paperwork on the vehicle or get things fixed on it, the staff was entirely unhelpful. I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone I know.
