I’ve been a customer of Germain Subaru since 2023! My girl Valerie, is the absolute queen of that place!! The whole place is amazing but I have to give my shout out to Valerie, for the second time! She sold me my 2020 Forester in 2023! It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!! She listened and there was absolutely no pressure! I wasn’t even looking at the Forester but she suggested it after listening to what I needed! Fast forward to 10/22/26. I went in for an oil change and apparently needed new control arms ($1900) and then an alignment ($200). Needless to say I panicked! I just happened to see Valerie in the bathroom and we started talking and laughing. I showed her my potential bill and she immediately remembered that I had purchased the gold package in 2023, that Valerie suggested! She took the time to check and everything was covered! Valerie saved me $2,100 that day! Valerie the suggested potentially trading in my 2020 for something with less miles. Before I even left the dealership, Valerie texted me saying how nice it was to run into me! I made an appointment with her for Saturday just to get more information about my current gold package, warranty, get my car appraised and test drive a car or two! We test drove a 2023 and 2025 Forester!! When we got back to the dealership, clearly we loved the 2025!! The warranty on my 2020 expired in Feb/2027. She also pointed out how many times I used my gold package, besides saving the $2,100! It was a no brainer! Valerie made sure I got the best trade in value for my 2020! And got me the best rate and monthly payment for the 2025! It again was another amazing car buying experience!!! Valerie goes above and beyond!! I can’t forget about Clay!! Valerie personally picked him to help us since she’s in finance now! Clay was so helpful and just easy to get work with! Clay filled up my gas tank and made sure my car got detailed before we left! And they transfer everything over for the BMV!!! I didn’t have to do anything! It could not have been easier! And of course I got the gold package again!! Valerie also made sure my Reba, pup got another chewbaru toy to take home!! I already ordered my 2nd Subaru badge!! If there was a 10 star review option Valerie would get it! Clay too!! I’ll never not take my car to Germain for service! Or buy a car from anyone besides Valerie! If she’s involved you know you’re getting the best!!!

We had an exceptionally positive experience dealing with Kevin. He was not aggressive but was attentive, flexible and understanding about our needs. We were easily able to pick out a car and close a deal that was right for us. In fact, once we met Kevin, when just stopping in to see a Crosstrek, we wanted to continue with him in Bedford, instead of other Subaru dealerships--, so that we could buy the car from him. After decades of car shopping and buying, I will say that Kevin was the best sales person I've had.

10 out of 10 in my book! I experienced the best customer service ever! Nick Fugate immediately offered to help me when I walked in. He sold me my 2026 Outback with no pressure, and chise the right model I was looking for. The owner and manager both introduced themselves and welcomed me to the Subaru family. I was also taught how to set up and use all the features of my new ride by Michael Rhodes who was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. (Happy Birthday wishes Michael). I visited other Subaru dealerships closer to my home but felt comfortable because of the wonderful treatment I experienced at the Beechmont location. Buy here with total confidence...

Greg is fantastic. He's not pushy or "salesy". I've had some rough experiences with car salesmen, including at Ganley. Now I will only work with Greg, so I'll be screwed if he ever leaves! He's respectful and doesn't make me feel like a poor person when he looks at my credit and student loan debt. The service department staff are also really great. Jasmine is who I remember since she sends texts but I've worked with other service team members and all have been really kind.

We were at the dealership for under an hour, had everything signed and out the door! We had an unexpected issue with the car, and Serra went above and beyond to correct the issue. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a great deal, excellent service team, and easy closing!

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

Overall EXCELLENT buying experience. From initial greeting to final delivery of our 2025 Subaru Forester things could not have been handled more personably or professionally. We choose Wagner Subaru due to the proximity to our home in Fairborn as well as my personal desire to deal with a dealer dedicated to a single manufacturer’s brand. Ultimately Wagner Subaru was a terrific choice. We learned our salesperson, Sam, was relatively new to Wagner but she great to work with, answering all of our questions, showing us numerous models and making our buying decision one that we were comfortable and confident with. Easy to recommend Wagner Subaru, Sam, Susan and Lee. Lookin forward to sharing our positive buying experience with others.
