My service experience was outstanding! Since I work at a luxury car store I was impressed with how they addressed my concerns. They provided a loaner fixed the issue in a timely manner and had me back in my favorite truck. This is how it should be at all automotive stores. Performance is my store of choice.

For 21 yrs we have been a 2 car family & have purchased vehicles and have had serviced from multiple dealerships, always leaving feeling just "okay" about it until our most recent car purchase from Prestige Auto Mall on State St. In Cuyahoga Falls. Everyone was super friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we were more than pleased with our new purchase. There were a few things I wanted fixed, which they truly didnt have to do, but Jim the service manager went above and beyond to resolve any issues I was having. He took excellent care of us! John was the gentleman that greeted us and helped us with our paperwork, he as well went above and beyond to make our experience an excellent one. We never have to look anywhere else to purchase another car as we will without hesitation go back to Prestige!

I took my car to get an axle that they recently fixed looked at yesterday. Today, my car has a mass air flow malfunction. Ive had this car since july 2022 and have had multiple issues. Not really sure whats going on in the service department but it really is aggravating putting your trust into the place you purchased your vehicle from only to continue to run into obstacles. This should not be happening considering I havent even had the car for a year.

We just moved to the area and my husband had a recall on his truck. We called them and they got us in for the recall. When we got there to have the recall taken care of my husband asked if by chance they could just go ahead to do the oil change and tire rotation on it while we were there. They told us NO PROBLEM! They got the recall done, oil change done and tire rotation done and even washed the truck, all in about 45 minutes!!!! Super nice people and they definitely know how customer service is suppose to be!!! Thank you!!!

I took my Ram truck in for a failed manifold gasket. They did a good job repairing it for me. They are always friendly and helpful . The stars are 4 and not 5 because of the price charged. I've been to them twice and both times the cost was at the very high end of the cost spectrum. Near 600.00 in labor alone . It's not an easy gasket to replace but all over the internet the cost to repair is 300 to 500.00. I'm not unhappy with their work , it's just that they leave you feeling that they got every last dime out of you.
