The absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered in the years we’ve owned vehicles. We were given the run around regarding repairs needed. Told one thing needed repaired however paid for an entirely different piece. Quoted the wrong price before repairs. We live an hour and a half away and had to have the car towed to this location due to the proximity of the flat. I will happily spend the extra money and have the car towed to anywhere but this dealership for servicing. Absolute worst experience. If I were you run the a Other direction.

This place has the worst service department I’ve ever experienced. It seems that they truly are #1 but not in a good way. It appears the service department is poorly managed. It shouldn’t take 90 minutes for an oil change that was scheduled. It appears they are understaffed but scheduling as if they are fully staffed? The department itself seemed to be mismanaged. I wasn’t the only one waiting extremely long for a service. Poor scheduling, poor service, poor management.
