Estimator was courteous and met me as soon as I arrived at their location. Process was explained on how they would handle the Ins claim and have the rental car at their place when I drop the car off. Car was done in a week and updates were made in a timely basis as the car was being repaired. Repair work was flawless and there no signs that the car was even repaired.

Three previous Detailings done here were exceptional. This time three items were overlooked: 1. Truck bed was not cleaned 2. Driver side mirror covered in water spots 3. Inside bottom area of driver’s door still had dirt and grime. Everything else was cleaned and looked very clean.

Excellent service and personnel. An appointment is not necessary for routine maintenance. There was no answer in service over 2 days when I attempted to reschedule an appointment made online. The 3% credit card use fee is excessive.

I had Remote start installed and it worked great. 1 week later the Subaru saved my life but unfortunately was totaled. Because of the Subaru I walked away from the crash. It literally saved my life! This dealer was pleasant and they got my car done quickly and were super friendly. I will be using them if I get another Subaru for my company car. They are trying to find me one.

They blew up my Radio/Navagation on my 2018 Touring - Junk

They blew up my Radio/Navagation on my 2018 Touring Edition. Then replaced it with a the wrong Radio/Navagation system. Then I had to drive around with the radio/Navagation systems squeaking every bump and dip in the road. Then I took the Vehicle in last month for them to tighten up the radio and I had the front end jerking all over the place. They tightened the radio and said they didn't hear any squeaks. They could not find anything wrong with my front end. I had to take the car to Firestone and they told me the lane assist was on because the certified xxxxxxat Adventure Subaru couldn't find anything wrong with my 2018 touring Outback. I finally took the Vehicle to another dealership to found out my stabilizers ends were bad and at 46000 miles the struts were shot. I asked them to test drive my Vehicle when I took it in for the front end jerking all over the road. All they did was put the Vehicle on a alignment machine and said every thing looks good here. Then my Vehicle was finished on a Tuesday. I went over there on Friday of that week and the service guy said sorry I did not get a chance to call you that my Vehicle was finished on a Tuesday. These people are dishonest and they did not treat my Outback like they're Vehicle. I called them to complain, I emailed them to complain then I finally went over there to talk to them about my Touring Outback they asked me to leave. The owner was too embarrassed to come out and talk to me. So I left and was home 40 minutes and the Sheriff showed up at my door wanting to know what was wrong. I told them my Horror story with Adventure Subaru and they said they know how dealers can be. I reported them to the BBB and Subaru of America. I can't believe they called the Sheriff on me. I should of called the Sheriff when they blew up my Radio/Navagation.

I had recently purchased a 2015 WRX from another dealer in Cuyahoga Falls. A month exactly after owner the car, the check engine light came on and was reading codes for the Transmission. After fighting tooth and nail to get to take my car down to that dealership(I live in Mentor, so it's a 50+ miles one way for me) and getting the run around, they finally did the smart thing and called Cascade and let them take over. Come to find out, not only did I need one of the O2 sensors replaced in the car, it also needed an entirely new transmission!! (I fully believe these codes were on before I purchased the car, as they ended up being in the "history" aka a "stored" code, and after some driving they conveniently popped on for me) Cascade squeezed my car in, and worked on is as quickly as they could, providing me detailed information each step of the way. Luckily, Subaru had done an extended 100,000/10 year warranty for the 2015 CVT transmission for the WRX. And I just made the cut at 95k miles. My car now has a new transmission and O2 sensor thanks to Cascade and their hard work! Both Todd and Ron in the service department were excellent, always answering my call or returning it as soon as they could. I appreciate greatly all the hard work they did to get my pride and joy back on the road. I don't trust many when it comes to doing work on my vehicles, but I would definitely recommend and be a return customer to Cascade Subaru! It is worth the drive!
