Was greeted at my car when I pulled in. This was a new service building and I was not sure where to go. Reviewed the work order and sat down to wait for my car to be done. All went well. But his survey is terrible . Not all questions are working?

What's to say.. They rotated my tires and changed the tires...in a timely manner. I have all my car service done at Diehl. They must be doing something right--my 2012 CR-V still runs perfectly.

Service department is very courteous and helpful. They did a great job on servicing and fixing my air conditioner problem is the time I was told and part of it was covered by a recall. Great people and please at the cost. I would recommend their service department and dealership.

There are other Honda service centers closer to my home, but none with the exceptional service provided by Hugh White Honda. Their technicians have been well-trained and have done the highest quality work every time I've taken my Accord and Odyssey to them ( since 2004 ). Steve Skaggs ( "my" service advisor ) gives great advice based on his years of experience. I trust his instincts - and I've never been disappointed !

Having my car serviced before vacationing in Tennessee for a week. After we got back home, the next day, there was a huge oil leak under my car! Thank God nothing happened to it in Tennessee. We found the oil filter not on properly. Probably won't be letting them service my car again. I did take pics!

The service manager is a complete jerk!! The most unprofessional business I have ever delt with!! We purchased a used vehicle and was promised a 30 day warranty and after breaking down the third time the service manager yelled at me in front of all customers and employees telling me this is the last time I get something for free and that I purchased a used vehicle and to take responsibility! This type of behavior is obviously acceptable for the dealership because I have not had one answered reply from anyone to discuss the situation! The purchase we made was from the Dave white credit lot on Conant St and the Jim White Honda dealership handles their service. No response was made from Dave White also.

Update! Honda called and let knlw they will fix the engine on my car because its considered a manufacturer defect. Fingers crossed all goes well! One of the worst car buying and ownership experiences of my life!!!! 😡 Bought a Honda because I thought it was built to last. Had some engine issues within warranty and was told needed testing which lasted so long it took me out of warranty and after the testing and admitting there was a manufacturer defective engine was told there was nothing they could do and said they would not honor the warranty. Made countless calls to Honda of America and dealer to no avail. They were across the board disrespectful, rude, untrustworthy and dismissive throughout and as if they could care less, which has been their attitude since after the purchase my new car 6 years ago. They have been terrible to deal with and I've lost all faith in Honda as a brand. They wasted my time and energy...soul suckers! Done with Honda forever! Don't trust this brand or dealership
