I leased my Chevy Equinox from Sarchione and have been extremely pleased. They have been available for any follow-up required and my last year of owning the vehicle has been GREAT!! All of the individuals from the front desk, service center, credit department, and sales were both accommodating, patient and supportive. I truly felt they had my best interest at hand throughout the entire process.

Thanks to Tom Antonelli for getting the parts I needed to get my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox back on the road. GM was slow to move on the part which was redesigned.

Service department is great .. they get you in on time and the waiting period for your car to be done is not long at all . Alec Dadas helped with my first service appt & was very efficient. Horrible customer service in the service department, I was told to go to an auto part store to have my car hooked up to see why my engine light came on 2024 Chevy tractor that supposed to to have bumper to bumper warranty. I bought the vehicle from-them 1 year ago and having a lot of issues

This place has the worst service department I’ve ever experienced. It seems that they truly are #1 but not in a good way. It appears the service department is poorly managed. It shouldn’t take 90 minutes for an oil change that was scheduled. It appears they are understaffed but scheduling as if they are fully staffed? The department itself seemed to be mismanaged. I wasn’t the only one waiting extremely long for a service. Poor scheduling, poor service, poor management.
