Matt was polite and very welcoming. Tim lally got me in and out, not sure if it was because my appointment was in afternoon rather than the morning. Normally my appointments be early in morning and would normally take at least 1 1/2 to 2hrs. Going in at 1:30pm I was out less then a hour. Thumbs up

Extra expense total $507. Front brakes had rusty rotors, hard spots, front pads was hard glazed. Replaced front pads and rotors. Sincerely. Cindy Younkman 513-377-7968
