The customer service experience was pretty good. The repair work was great. My truck is riding like new again. My only complaint would be the length of time it took for the repairs to be completed. My truck was between Crestmont Buick GMC and Crestmont Cadillac for almost 3 months, and I wasn't offered a loaner during that time.

Arbogast did a fantastic job getting my vehicle in so quickly as I did not have an appointment when I drove in. They took my car in right away. They called me a couple hours later. They were able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed and parts replaced by the mid-afternoon. I was so pleased with their pleasant and professional treatment of me and my vehicle under the circumstances. I was a very happy customer as a result.

This was our 1st service.. it was free but if future services will cost $90 for lube oil filter & wheel rotation, there won’t be many more.. my local mechanic charges $50 for the same using the same materials.. maybe some food for thought. Also, I didn’t get a quote to install 4 splashguard that I provided, but $100.95 is quite high.. I appreciate the opportunity to give input

I was treated poorly by the new sales department. I have been a loyal customer for thr past 9 years and my wife's family for the past 30 years. I placed an order for a new truck 6 weeks ago (for business) and had explained the urgency of this purchase to two of the three salesman I dealt with. Not one of the sales men communicated any updates the entire 6 weeks. When this dealership belonged to Axelrod, we were treated as if our hard earned money spent at this dealership mattered. Check engine light has come 3 separate times after 3 separate dealership visits, when I was told the issue was resolved and charged $550.00 for the parts and labor. I have no faith left in this dealership.
