I had first reviewed the Nissan I purchased online. When I arrived Braxton M. met me. He was very friendly and professional. I advised him what I wanted and showed him the car I saw online I wanted to test drive. I test drove it and loved the car. Very clean and handled nicely. When I told him that I had promised my husband I would test drive other cars prior to my decision, he was not pushy it all. He gave me his card and told me the hours he was working. I loved this car! I test drove a couple of other cars, but they were just not the right one. I called Braxton, told him I wanted the car and went back in and made my purchase. I felt a connection with Braxton and would recommend you ask for him when you go to purchase your car. He definitely is part of the Miller family and look forward to working with him hopefully in the near future for a newer car for my hubby.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From beginning to end, horrible experience. I called their office asking about a car on their website. The woman told me that it was available and ready for pick up if we could make it there by their last appointment time. I live an hour and a half away and left immediately. We got there and Donovan Smith was our sales person. He told us that the car was being serviced and asked who we spoke to because the representatives “suck” and always give out bad information. He spoke to his manager and told us that since we were lied to and drove a long way, that they would hold the vehicle for us until it came back from being serviced. We said great, what do we need to do to ensure we can get the car. He took my drivers license and name and said he would call us. We spoke to him two days later and he gave the same guidance. Come to find out, it was sold that morning to someone else. When I called to find out what happened his manager Ron Edwards told me we were given the option to put money down and that they do not hold vehicles. This was the completely opposite guidance that we were given. I asked for Donovan and Ron to call me back both on the line because Donovan was out of the office for 4 days and Donovan completely xxxxxxxxxxx me the entire time, lying to my face. Both of these men were ignorant, liars, and unprofessional. I hope the owners of this dealership take a good look at who they have representing their company because if these men treat everyone the way they treated me, they’re going to be in a heap of trouble. 0/5

For a guy who has spent 20+ years in the retail automotive field it’s hard to be impressed, but they delivered. To say I am very disappointed with this dealership is an understatement!! I was hoping to purchase a new Frontier Pro4X. Dan Henshaw is not a man of his word plain and simple. Matt Pugh Executive Manager never called me to discuss. I would stay away from making an out of town purchase from them. My credit score I see from TransUnion is 75 points higher than the report they pulled! I offered to have my wife co sign who has stellar credit but Dan Henshaw told me they really don’t want the deal and there are too many “Red Flags” on my file and they simply don’t want to do the deal on their truck. My reviews like this are seen by thousands of people. My wife and Son already have 18 month leases on these beautiful trucks. If you would like help securing one for yourself I am in the business and there are dealers willing to work with you and your credit situation. Start to Finish, Great Experience - Hec.

I had been looking for a specific car and found the one I wanted from Thayer Nissan. I was an out-of state buyer but they treated me as if I was standing in front of them. Not many dealerships around the country can say that when you try to buy a car and you aren't even in the same city let alone the same state. The population of internet buyers (seen or unseen before purchase) is growing and they are doing a great job. Robert was willing to answer every question I had and told me everything he knew about the vehicle. Amy in the finance and title work office as well did a great job of sending me the needed paperwork and answering questions on that end. From start to finish everything went well. We agreed to a price and they shipped me the vehicle to my city. Given the date of sale and the time I received the vehicle it was a reasonable turn around. Considering they were willing to do all the leg work on that end I was a satisfied customer. Great communication throughout. They went above and beyond to earned my business, I respect that. Overall my experience with Thayer Nissan was a great one.
