I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! - Erick Carter

I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! This is my second ride I've bought from them in 2 years and again the process was absolutely flawless. Kevin did a fantastic job with getting me what I wanted and that made me extremely happy. Each time I've went there I've driven off in what I wanted and it never takes long like most dealerships. The prices and staff are top notch in my book 💯

We bought our 2017 Honda Accord in 2019 from Superior. - MathenaRL

We bought our 2017 Honda Accord in 2019 from Superior. Since then we have continued to return to Superior for all maintenance needs. On our most recent visit Amanda was extremely helpful communicating with us regarding the progress of the work being done. She also made sure that the technician sent us a video overview of the work being done on the Honda as well as what maintenance we should prepare for in the future. Thank you Amanda and staff for making us feel confident in the work done on the Honda. We appreciate your customer service.

Had a great experience here. - Michaelnorton26

Had a great experience here. Good communication, customer service, and follow-through from the team here. The buying process was easy, and they made sure that my questions were answered (even after the sale). Thanks, all. After a long process, I am glad I took the drive out to your dealership to find my truck.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my - sbegell

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Brown Honda, especially Zak. My car was tragically vandalized, and to be completely honest, I was not ready to buy a new car. It was something I never expected to have to deal with, and the whole situation was stressful enough without adding the pressure of buying a vehicle. From the very beginning, Zak made the entire process so much easier. He is not your average pushy car salesman who tells you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale and then leaves you wondering what the heck you just agreed to. He also didn’t make me feel like I was a dumb female who he was gonna “get one over on”. He actually took the time to listen to what I wanted, what I needed, and most importantly, what I was comfortable spending, and stayed within that budget. He never tried to push me over my budget or talk me into something I didn’t want. Instead, he genuinely cared about finding something that was right for me and my family. He also took the time to go through all the bells and whistles in the car with me. He explained what everything did, how to use it, and even showed me how to change different settings. He didn’t just hand me the keys and send me on my way. He made sure I actually understood my new vehicle and felt comfortable with it. And honestly, that made a huge difference. I did not leave the dealership regretting my purchase or wondering if I had made the wrong decision. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and genuinely happy with the vehicle I chose. After such an unexpected and stressful situation, that feeling meant a lot to me. Zak made the whole experience feel personable. We joked around, talked about our families, and somehow buying a car during a situation I absolutely did not want to be in actually became a really positive experience. I cannot recommend Zak enough. If you’re looking for someone who will actually listen to you, respect your budget, answer your questions, take the time to explain things, and treat you like a person, honestly family instead of a paycheck, go see Zak at Brown Honda. He has truly earned my business for life, and when I’m ready for another vehicle down the road, for my kids or anyone looking, he will absolutely be the first person I call and recommend. Thank you, Zak, and thank you Brown Honda, for making a stressful situation so much easier. ❤️

Stopped in without an appt. - scarpent82142

Stopped in without an appt. looking for a new car - Dylan went out of his way to get my trade in appraised and estimated financing done right away. The car I wanted was in transit to the dealership. During the process he answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the ETA date. When the car arrived Dylan notified me right away and worked with Service and Financing to see that I drove off in my new car the next day which was a very busy Saturday. Dylan actually takes the time to make sure the customer gets what they want and doesn't try to push a pre sale agenda.

Purchased a car here after another dealership had sold a - Customer

Purchased a car here after another dealership had sold a car out from under us. Test drove a Honda Civic and a Honda Accord. Loved them both, but ended up purchasing the Honda Civic and driving it off the lot that day. Worked with a Bob and a Gary and they were both easy to work with and very helpful and showed respect to us unlike the other dealership we had just come from. Thank you for making buying a car a lot less stressful!

We were on a road trip from Indianapolis to Washington DC - tammie

We were on a road trip from Indianapolis to Washington DC in our Honda Pilot that we had just purchased 2 months ago. We had a "transmission temperature too high" This was the second time we experienced this. The first was a month ago and we returned to our dealership where we bought it and they SAID that we were just a quart low on transmission fluid and that we would be fine. Needless to say they will be receiving a scathing letter. Not only did they overflow the fluid which contributed to the problem today, they lied about having done the recalls and lied about the car having a tow package. (We were not towing today but were last month when it first happened) Ryan at Bill Marine took us, got us in right away even though they were busy today and got the transmission completely flushed and took care of the recalls and even saved us over $200 by having Honda cover a large portion of the problem. He was very honest and upfront with us about what was going on and got us on our way in a couple hours, back to our vacation. He even told us what we need to do when we get back home to get it safe to tow for the next time even though they would not get the business since we are out of town. Thank you for your kindness, understanding our urgency, your honesty, and your quality service! We appreciate you making us safe again!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HONDA CUSTOMER

I have purchased my last 5 cars from this dealership. We had a small mix-up with the paper work this last go around and the girls in the office were so quick to get it fix and very friendly with a positive attitude. I could not even be upset because they were so quick and on top of what needed to be fixed. My sales person Roy was so helpful and not pushy at all. I've also dealt with their service department and they are so pleasant. I usually deal with Ray and DJ both whom have always treated me very well and are both so helpful. I will continue to buy all my cars from this dealership. I love going in for my service appointments and watching the employee's interact with each other and smile to everyone that walks past. Also the donuts and snazzy coffee machine helps too. I highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check Victory Honda out.
