I bought my car last Thursday from the used car lot and Tod was very helpful with helping me find a car that fit my budget and got me into a great car for me and my family..The brakes needed serviced so before I left Thursday they made me a appointment for Today Monday Feb 17,2014..They fixed the brakes at no charge,was very friendly and shuttled me and my kids to the mall and came back to pick us up..This was a great customer service and I thought it was a great bonus since they washed my car when they were done..It needed it..lol.. Thanks for everything one pleased customer.

I bought a 2012 Mustang from Tyler Allen at this dealership in August, it had 22,000 miles on it. I took it in to my local dealership for warranty work. They said the warranty would not apply since this car had been in an accident. The service man at my local dealership said it would not be a big deal, any reputable dealer would cover the cost - as it turns out, Mathews Ford is NOT A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP. Tyler Allen actually had the nerve to tell me that I should have checked this vehicle's history before I bought it from him. Ironically, he said he himself is just too busy to bother checking histories of the cars he sells. Basically, this dealership's attitude is if you are stupid enough to trust us it's your fault.

Took truck to get 1st scheduled service done, dealership removed 3rd seat from rear of MY truck, then put MY 3rd seat into owners EB Expedition Demo to sell it that day. I didnt notice until 2 days later, called dealership, salesman stated it didnt come with 3rd seat. Bypassed salesman to talk to General Manager of dealership, went back and forth with Gen Mgr for 10 months. Dealership found very used cloth 3rd seat that was far from a match. Filed lawsuit for new replacement 3rd seat. settled out of court for Dealership to purchased NEW mathching Eddie Bauer tan leather folding 3rd row removable seat that was originally manufactured with my truck anyway. Problem resolved and it took countless calls, threatened litigation, and ONE YEAR OF MY TIME. BLUE OVAL CERTIFIED MY xxx. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. <br><br>
