This dealership was so wonderfully kind and was very good at communicating everything they needed from me. Zach is an amazing great hearted person. My whole experience with buying a vehicle from Valley Imports was outstanding.I have definitely sharing my wonderful experience with family and friends to go there when they are wanting to buy a new vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else. It was that great. I normally don't put in reviews but this one is too good not to share how amazingly wonderful everyone was. Buying my VW Tiguan was as simple a process as is possible. Dustin Hermanson assisted in the process without pressuring. He answered all my questions and explained things that I didn’t even know I needed to know! Dustin spent much time with me explaining and showing all the features on the Tiguan. Since my last vehicle didn’t have many of these features I had many questions and he took all the time needed to answer. I definitely would recommend BMC as the place to buy a vehicle and Dustin assisting the sale would be a bonus.
