I drove in hoping to get an oil change on my Silverado - DAKNGK

I drove in hoping to get an oil change on my Silverado since it was down to 9%. A very nice friendly young lady assured me they could get that done and rotate my tires as well since I was overdue! I was on my way very soon and I am extremely pleased with the service that was done for me on such short notice and without an appointment! It’s no wonder we keep coming back to Gateway and why we have purchased 34 vehicles from them over the past 33 years!

For the most part, Finley Ford iz a good company. But my last visit, I wanted them to check out a rattle. It wasn't until afterwards that I was made aware of the $59 charge on top of oil change and tire rotation. It sure hurt my checking account cause I needed to pay my car insurance. I'm a single income mom. They should let people know this ahead of time.
