They reidentified my camry to a different style at 5000 mile checkup. Later I had a wreck which caused wrong parts to be placed on my car. After the recall that needed replacing of the fuel gas line, my car turned into an 8 speed . The cars computer was no good. I spent many days on side of road broke down. I later got rid of car. But, my major questions is Classical Toyota of He season or Toyota of Henderson doing their business laws right. There is a dba company called Toyota of henderson at their old location. I can not find Toyota of henderson on list to perform inspections checks consistently. There name was changed in 2021”ish to classic Toyota of Henderson’s, but service department name is Toyota of henderson as if it sits on raleigh road . Their business entity from a business correct model is sketchy. Look them up at Secretary of State in nc.

I called flow to talk to a loan specialist and the man who answered was rude said just turn it in. I am trying best to keep . I have to go to work. Never recommend them to anyone. And service I had a 3 hour wait for an oil change

After many months of research & test drives I decided on purchasing an XP Series Toyota Highlander Hybrid in July 2022. I visited Cloninger Toyota and met Gordon Robar and told him exactly what I wanted with no exceptions. Gordon was very open about the length of time that this particular vehicle would take for delivery. During the past 4 months Gordon and his lil sidekick sales associate, Brian Sheldon keep me in loop on this special vehicle order. The XP Series Toyota Highlander Hybrid arrived last week just like I ordered and I took delivery Monday 11/21/2022. It was a pleasure to work with Gordon Robar, Brian Sheldon, Richard Hardin and Bill Garness at Cloninger Toyota. I would recommend this auto dealership 100%!!! Ched Hargett

Second new car purchased from this dealer. No haggling or negotiations necessary. They offer a proposal which they honor without hidden fees or surprises later. Their price is considerably less than other dealerships and the service afterward is fast and efficient. I will likely trade cars every year at this dealership. I will add that this Toyota dealer is far different from others in the region.

This dealership is untrustworthy. Was called and told that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that it would be set aside for me to be the first one to come look at and initially purchase, so after not hearing from them in almost a week I called to see if the car was ready to be looked at and found out that they had sold the car and when I asked why they didn’t call me as they had told me they would they all (customer care manager, sales manager and salesman) lied about what happened. The car belonged to them so it was no need to lie about it. It’s some way to treat a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles from them in the pass, but I’m doubtful if I’ll ever purchase another one from them.

I live in Durham and Chose to purchase my Hylander Hybrid from Massey because their customer service is the best I have ever seen from a dealership. Randy Kelly nd Mike Martin made everything about buying this car and trading in two cars easy. I have had my Highlander a month now and driven it 1,500 miles so far and am thrilled with everything about it. I wish I could give 100 stars!
