Great customer service - Ricky
I have been taking my Volkeswagons to Frema for service since 2001. The service staff have always been professional, given me updates on the appointment if I'm waiting, offered to take me places, provided a loaner car if the service is extensive, and answered any questions I've had. The sales staff is friendly, asks about any needs the service customer might have while waiting. I've never felt pressured or hounded about buying a new car, trading my current vehicle, or upgrading. They go above and beyond, from repairing a sudden problem without an appointment [re: window wouldn't go up as we were leaving for a week vacation], brought our dog a bowl of water when unexpectedly we had to stop for an issue one summer, gave me a loaner to get home (30 min away) when a car I was driving (not mine, not a VW) suddenly died at 7pm one night and I was near the dealership. The GM and the staff have my business!
