I was driving through Shelby when I decided to stop at McDonalds. When I pulled into the drive-thru, my vehicle just died. Apparently the battery was on its last leg. After sitting and canvassing for help for 45 minutes, I remembered passing Marburger Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram earlier that morning. Having nothing to lose, I called them and was patched through to the service department and spoke to the service advisor, Sheldon. After relaying my predicament, Sheldon assured me he would handle it. A few minutes later, a technician named Alvin showed up with a jump box and got my vehicle started. I offered to pay him but he refused. Helping people with no expectations is rare in our modern society. The two guys at Marburger wanted to help because they could. Nothing more. Thanks guys…I appreciate you!

It has been a while since I last been to Monroe Nissan, however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy Williams. I had some concerns about my vehicle, these women took my concerns, documented them, and relayed them to the technician. This team of three including the technician did a great job with keeping me in the loop about my vehicle, understood my concerns, checked out my vehicle, found some stuff, and I am happy with the resolution. I felt welcomed, heard, understood, and not only that, a peeve of mine that they definitely soared...the interior of my vehicle was kept clean in the process!) I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Monroe Nissan. This crew, definitely is a game changer for me, Great Service, Great Attitude, Complete Care, Professionalism, Kindness, and Understanding. I will be returning my business back to Monroe Nissan! To add, These two women have been by far awesome, not only that, all the other members of the service team/sales/customer service were just pleasant and kind! It makes a big difference!

I met Larry Neal, the Service Manager who gave me brief bio/history of their Service Department, including tenure of their techs. Rissa, who greeted me initially took the extra step to ensue my questions were answered and assisted with more set up of my new car features. Tommy was thorough, researching the need for inspection. (Helpful as I am new to NC.). And Bob was my service tech on my recent scheduled maintenance. He too, was informative, helpful, professional. Answered my questions about future preventive maintenance. Vann York Toyota is and should be proud of their Service Department. Pair this experience, with the top notch sales process when purchasing my vehicle, I put Vann York in the top tier of dealerships I have encountered (having lived all over the U.,S.) Eric Don-Jordon in the Parts department is extremely good at his job. Attempted to order a limited edition Salzburg No. 3 set of espresso cups for my new espresso "island" in my kitchen. This set was limited and only two sets remained in the US Porsche inventory. I ordered the first set from another Porsche dealer but unfortunately one cup came loose in shipping and broke the other cup (shipped via FedEx). I called Hendrick Porsche and Eric assured me that these cups were properly packed and would arrive to me in tact via UPS. That's exactly what he did! I don't think I ever received any product in my 55 years on earth that was more carefully packed. He used cylindrical inflated protection wrappers, which wrapped around each cup and saucer. I literally believe this box and the contents could survive many trips over Niagra Falls! I'll go to Eric first in the future, knowing he is competent and understands what is needed in todays environment of shipping services like FedEx and the USPS, in which drivers don't care about what they are doing and will throw packages around with no concern for the contents or the damage of the shipment. You could have kicked this box from the truck to my door and it would have been just fine! Thank you Eric Don-Jordon for such great care with a small inexpensive item that I wanted in my collection! Great employee for Porsche NA! Good luck in your career!
