We were 7 hours from home but the service department quickly responded and diagnosed the transmission had failed. Within 4 days they ordered the part and had the new transmission installed. Everyone we encountered was very supportive and responsive to our situation. Savannah Smith was exceptional in going above and beyond to deliver quality service.
