It has been a while since I last been to Monroe Nissan, however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy Williams. I had some concerns about my vehicle, these women took my concerns, documented them, and relayed them to the technician. This team of three including the technician did a great job with keeping me in the loop about my vehicle, understood my concerns, checked out my vehicle, found some stuff, and I am happy with the resolution. I felt welcomed, heard, understood, and not only that, a peeve of mine that they definitely soared...the interior of my vehicle was kept clean in the process!) I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Monroe Nissan. This crew, definitely is a game changer for me, Great Service, Great Attitude, Complete Care, Professionalism, Kindness, and Understanding. I will be returning my business back to Monroe Nissan! To add, These two women have been by far awesome, not only that, all the other members of the service team/sales/customer service were just pleasant and kind! It makes a big difference!

I had a window get stuck half-way down & after contacting the service department and they got me in within the week. The part needed for repair was discontinued from Nissan but they found an aftermarket replacement & got it late the same day. The service tech did a great job installing the part, finishing as they were closing. I paid the bill minutes after closing. When I got home & reviewed the bill, I noticed the part was much more expensive than expected. I went back a few days later & spoke to Aaron McNeill about the part expense. I explained my only concern was the part expense & after review Aaron gave me a large portion of the part expense back. Overall, I was very pleased with my service experience.

Good day to all I am feeling great today and will love to leave this positive feedback from flow Nissan of Fayetteville NC. I am the owner of a 2018 Nissan Titan truck from which I did not purchase from them by the way. I had my transmission go bad and will have a delay when going into reverse after taking it to Flow Nissan for an inspection on the vehicle. They told me that I’ll have to pay $6018 for parts and labor for brand new one after they directed me to Nissan corporate which I intern called and told him the problem that I am having with the Transmission Corporate took about a week and then told me that they would cover 90% of the cost. I am feeling great because today I got the phone call. My bill is $688. Thanks to jenna that works for Flow Nissan and Luis. The mechanic I saved over $5500 And they updated me every step of the way I just want to say thank you all who had a part in fixing my truck and making another customer happy

My experience at Carolina Nissan in Burlington, NC this morning - 12/12/24 I took my ‘24 Nissan Frontier in for its first service. I arrived for my appointment, pulled into the receiving bay, explained who I was and why I was there. A man (Phillip?) greeted me, took my fob, and showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean, bright, and full of things to keep a waiting customer occupied. There was coffee, doughnuts, a BIG TV, and even free video games. As I waited, Phillip text me to say I could contact him with any needs/questions I may have during my service visit. After about an hour, my truck was ready. Oil change, tire rotation, chassis lube, etc. was all it needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was free, as it was included under the extended warranty and service plan I bought from Nissan when I purchased my truck back in June. (I purchased from Carolina Nissan) It was a fine experience and I had no trouble at all. I saw none of the negative things people are saying in these reviews.

Derek Bordner, Nissan Certified Service Advisor who assisted me was Awesome! He addressed my service concerns for my Nissan Altima SL and took the time to answer all my questions. He was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. In the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, he made me feel safe by reassuring his office, the bathrooms & customer waiting areas had been cleaned/sanitized. I had a 0730 appt on Friday morning. My vehicle was serviced and ready in a timely manner. Mr. Bordner even saved me money by explaining/offering the Sunbit program! I will continue to bring my Nissan to Modern Nissan of Winston Salem for servicing! I will continue to recommend them for sales & service. Thank you Derek Bordner!

Free oil change for life is not free! Yes, there are other maintenance items that need to be completed at certain milage intervals with additional cost however; trying to charge my young daughter $500 for items other than the oil change that I scheduled is a bit ridiculous. I have a copy of the contract that I signed and nowhere on there does it say at 60k there will be a $500 charge with your free oil change. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from this dealership in the future nor will I recommend them. I wish there was a way to upload my contract to one could see the discrepancy.

We purchased a 2018 Nissian Titan and the extended warranty 2 years ago. The warranty was bumper to bumper. This truck has been at the dealership with issues 4 times and now the will not cover it. A hose on the transmission popped off under the skid plate and leaked all the transmission fluid out. Somehow that is not covered. I do not suggest buying the extended warranty. It is a rip off.
