During a scheduled service late Summer I was informed that I needed new brakes and rotors. I scheduled an appointment and was shortly informed that "somehow" not all the parts were available. I was ASSURED that the parts would be available in 3-4 days. I scheduled ANOTHER appointment in 10 days. Yesterday, I get to the dealership and after 20 minutes was ONCE again told that the parts weren't there.
I'm NOT retired and have to take time off from work to get service done. Hence, my patients at the VA I work at were NOT seen. Why didn't anyone at the service department call me beforehand, twice, to let me know about the lack of parts????
I no longer have a trust or faith with this dealership and plan to take my vehicle elsewhere for service/repairs and any potential future purchases.
