From drop-off to pick-up, the experience was excellent, and they took wonderful care of “Izzy,” my MINI Countryman. Craig kept me updated every step of the way, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Having a team that communicates and cares makes all the difference. I was there for a maintainance appointment. I was told that my rim was bad. I ordered a rim. The service appointment was weeks away. I found another place and they fixed my rim. I went to return the rim I ordered and they would not accept it. They told me they were special order. ????? Are you serious? They have thousands of cars like mine. I am contacting the BBB ASAP.
