I was there for a maintainance appointment. I was told that my rim was bad. I ordered a rim. The service appointment was weeks away. I found another place and they fixed my rim. I went to return the rim I ordered and they would not accept it. They told me they were special order. ????? Are you serious? They have thousands of cars like mine. I am contacting the BBB ASAP.

Ordered an EV Mini online through their dealership. They were extremely communicative and kept me informed through the entire process. While I didn't end up purchasing the car when it arrived, through no fault of theirs or the cars (The EV Minis are great), I appreciate so much the mindset of the Flow Auto group.
