I was a few hours away from the dealership and he made the entire buying process hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had. A special shout out to Jonathan in finance and the title clerk, I received my plates and tags within a month, that's exceptional for an out of state sale! Many thanks to the entire Land Rover Cary team, I truly appreciate the great service I received!

Called to have oil changed rotate tires and some warranty work. After several attempts to get a service person I finally got a person who took my number. Have not gotten a reply. Called a local shop they provided a loaner changed oil and rotated tires. Will drive to Raleigh to have minor warranty work done. What they don’t know I was going to possibly trade my 2023 Defender x for a 2024 Defender 130. Raleigh will get that business.

On vacation. Coolant warning light came on. Called the dealership, they said come right in. Jack in service handled our issue, professionally, immediately, and was very kind. Checked our oil, anlso, added windshield fluid, and made us feel like a preferred customer. We live in Sarasota. Also, Angie in sales was more than kind. Friendly, professional, and easy and interesting to talk to while we were waiting for service to be completed.
