My salesperson Allen Peace was great. I’m a single woman that often dreads buying a new car but this was my best experience. Lots of honestly, patience, and accommodating. Flew down from Virginia to get it and my new whip (F-Pace in Eiger grey w/ oyster leather) is gorgeous. I highly recommend:)

I went in to look at an I-Pace but they didn’t have one - MSalem

I went in to look at an I-Pace but they didn’t have one in stock. I spoke with Tomera and she was outstanding! She followed up with me to let me know they were expecting one to come in and she stayed in touch and addressed all my questions. She made sure to let me know when it came in and was extremely helpful and courteous. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car (for reasons that had nothing to do with the dealership), I would recommend doing business here and ask for Tomera!

Disgustingly poor service. Zero response from service team when I came to drop my vehicle for service, as they were all in a hall passing out breakfast sandwiches. Inability to ever get anybody on the phone. No one has called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. It appears as though somebody has taken my vehicle to their home without my permission. And all-around abusive experience.
