I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. - Mrs. Georgia

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I came after being frustrated with the Flow Volkswagen dealership in Greensboro NC. My salesman was Steven Lynn, he gave us time to look around without being bothered, when I saw something that I liked he was there to answer questions and get the keys for a test drive. Steven and Tyrone Reese one of the finance managers worked with me to get the payments where I was comfortable with. I was looking for a 2026 and was able to get a 2027!! They also offered a dealers discount for it!! I felt relaxed and not pressured to make a deal. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle please go to Vann York Chevrolet in High Point and ask for Steven and Tyrone, tell them that I sent you and I promise you will be very satisfied with your new vehicle!! Welcome to the Vann York Family !!

I have been driving GMC trucks for 35 years. - mike Quillen

I have been driving GMC trucks for 35 years. I went in to Harrys on the Hill last Friday afternoon with no appointment for an issue of a service light being on the service tech that greeted me warmly from the beginning of my visit was Hunter Kinsey he went way out of his way to take excellent care of me. Hunter told me that they could look at it right away and led me to the waiting area where he kept me constantly informed of what was going on with my truck as they fixed the issue I was having. Kudos to your dealership and Hunter Kinsey he is a great asset to your business I would highly recommend him and the service department.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our - Charlotte.isaacs

We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our new truck from Hendrick Chevrolet Southpoint in Durham! From Geoff, who greeted us, to our salesman Jayson and Jen in finance, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process was fast, smooth, and completely pressure-free. They answered every question, walked us through every discount, and made the military verification process a breeze. They even made sure we were comfortable with drinks while we waited! They had the exact truck we wanted in stock, and the entire experience was truly a dream from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Jayson and the entire team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Jarred at Liberty was great to work with. - Jen

Jarred at Liberty was great to work with. I had been researching a Buick Envision and live 3 hrs away. I contacted him to inquire on a Friday and by Monday I was in the car. He made it so easy to do paperwork so I did not have to spend all day at the dealership. When I arrived the car was cleaned and ready to go! Go see Jarred he will make your buying experience a great one!

Recently made an appointment to have some running boards - Karen

Recently made an appointment to have some running boards installed on my acadia. The appointment was made with AI....and I dont advise. Well when I got there the service guy said they would not have time to install items on my car before closing.....needles to say I was VERY disappointed. I had already taken off from work and traveled over 45 minutes. Well the Brown Wood Crowd including Mike Duke, John Kelly, Brett and Tim made everything RIGHT and worked things out for me. GREAT JOB by this crew and it was certainly appreciated. Thanks a Bunch Brown Wood

Seatbelt sensor beeps for no apparent reason. - Elaine5

Seatbelt sensor beeps for no apparent reason. First time we took it to be checked couldn’t replicate sensor reading. We took it 8/12 same thing it just keeps beeping for no apparent reason. The reading on the sensor says check seatbelt which service rep saw and took a picture. The truck was driven only in the parking lot and they couldn’t replicate. One person said we should trade and buy a new truck. The truck is under warranty. We told service if man made it man can fix it. Needless to say nothing has been done , or checked. I felt like we were just an inconvenience for them.

This dealer is not trustworthy. - Kreationz2go

This dealer is not trustworthy. Zach Brown the Sales manager is the worst. Elisia the finance manager is very shady and will send you emails of warranties to have you sign the finance paper to come and found out that you're not covered at all. Don't buy from here. I wish I saw these reviews before getting my vehicle. Don't do it. Don't do it. And especially to the African American community stay far away from this dealer.

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred - pruettg4mh

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!
