I had been driving a 2000 Sierra 1500 for 26 years and couldn't find an affordable replacement until aligning via Williams dealership via the internet - my assigned salesperson was Casey who newly joined their sales team. Casey was outstanding in working to align with a truck I researched and could afford. She helped me navigate through the purchase process, all the way through delivery of my 2026 Sierra 1500. She exceeded expectations for a fair price and hoping to continue with her and Tony for align with an extended warranty. I hope to drive this truck as long as my last Sierra 1500 with a strong piece of mind with a long-term warranty.

Seatbelt sensor beeps for no apparent reason. First time we took it to be checked couldn’t replicate sensor reading. We took it 8/12 same thing it just keeps beeping for no apparent reason. The reading on the sensor says check seatbelt which service rep saw and took a picture. The truck was driven only in the parking lot and they couldn’t replicate. One person said we should trade and buy a new truck. The truck is under warranty. We told service if man made it man can fix it. Needless to say nothing has been done , or checked. I felt like we were just an inconvenience for them.

Hi all my wife and I just purchased a new 2500 HD from Boyd. It was our first time at the dealership nice clean and organized placed. I have purchased quite few vehicles in my 70 years and had a great experience. I connected with Chuck hitch told him what I wanted to look at and he had it ready and waiting upon our arrival. Chuck was a great salesman, not pushy at all and was knowledgeable about the truck. He’s just an all-around nice guy. I would definitely buy from him again if you go there, make sure you ask for Chuck

The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

If you see a negative review about this dealership, BELIEVE IT. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They clearly do not strive to “Provide efficient communication and a positive experience for every guest.” The constant staff turnover says a lot about the environment and the level of service you can expect. I’ve been a loyal customer to Buick/GMC since 2017, but sadly, this dealership specifically has ruined that experience for me. I won’t be returning. And don’t let any follow-up response to this review fool you—beware. 0/10 I don't recommend.
