We brought our 2019 Passport to Lia to correct a problem that occurred after a recall repair on the fuel pump. I was anticipating an argument from Lia to get the problem corrected. The service techician I dealt with Frank Contorno was very helpful. He had said they would analyze the issue and I may be responsible for the repairs. Frank called me after their inspection and told me that the repair would be completely free of charge and would be done that day. I was called and went to pick up my car all repaired. What I thought was going to be a major headache ended up being an almost pleasant experience. I feel that the way Frank Contorno handled this issue was exemplary and we left Lia Honda feeling like our problem was properly and promptly corrected.

On my last maintenance visit, I received a friendly morning greeting from Robert Esposito, who was clear and concise about the time the maintenance would take. He also gave me a personal call at home when my HR-V was ready. I highly recommend that if leasing is your preference, consider making Lia Honda your choice.

In the past service has been fair, with long wait and no update on your vehicle. This past service visit of 4/7/25 was 5 star! From the very beginning Tim Veeder greeted me, introduced himself, invited me into the waiting area while he took the necessary information for my vehicle. He estimated the service taking an hour since the mechanics were just arriving at 7:15 AM. Surprisingly my car was ready in 30 min. Tim came over and told me my car was ready , said there were no problems found and asked if I had any questions. I asked Tim a question about info I was receiving on the supposedly increase in cost for the service contract. Tim sat down with me and explained that it was fraudulent, that there was no increase to my service contract and further explained how to tell when the email is fraudulent. I was impressed that he took the time to explain this to me!

I have been doing business with Lia Honda since 2004 and my reason is Steve Smith. When I make an appointment for service I make sure Steve is available. He has been the best at making sure my vehicle is in its best and safest running order. When I trade in my vehicles I have always traded in both of them. Lia gets a great vehicle I trade in because of Steve. I think Steve has the vehicles serviced as if it is owned by both the customer and Lia Honda. Best thing for both parties. I have dealt with many dealers and service managers in the past. Except Steve I have never been happy with all the others. If Steve leaves Lia I will most likely leave as a customer also.

My service advisor Mike Carpenter, was friendly, personable, thorough and very helpful with all of my concerns. The dealership was extremely clean. My car was finished before it's promised time. I had a problem with my cell phone while I was there and one of the female salespeople tried to help me in getting it working correctly. She and the entire staff that I met were all so friendly and helpful.
