I am the original owner of a pristine 1995 S320. Although this amazing automobile only has 30,000 miles the lack of use has required me to address some service issues like oil leaks, suspension noises and other issues. I hadn't visited with Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge in quite some time so I didn't have any contacts in the service dept. However, when I called to set up a service app't I was fortunate to reach Bill Thompson the Service Advisor who along with the experienced mechanic Dean assured me that they could resolve all the issues. They provided me a loner and I so my prized 1995 S320 was in their capable hands. These people were simply outstanding in every way. The bottom line is when I drove home with my freshly serviced S320 I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle and for that, I have to thank Bill, Dean and Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge. My next vehicle purchase (wife's car) will be with them. They have earned our business! Thank you guys!

This review is for your service department. Ryan O'Flaherty is a superb service agent. I recently got my 2016 golfsportswagon waterpump replaced and he called my extended warranty provider and explained everything that was being done to the car and how it was covered. This may seem silly but after going to mid hudson volkswagen and having the service person refuse to call and xx me about what my problem was I am glad I drove 40 min out of my way to Compass. Thank you again Ryan and I be back for my oil change.

Unfortunately after just 400 miles. The right front strut on my daughters impreza limited was defective. The Cracker jack technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the unit. This staff at Subaru has years of experience behind them. And give you what you would expect at a high end dealership, such as lexus. 5 stars for all involved.

Got burned BAD at another dealer for service work. Took a stab at this one. OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! Mechanic actually showed me the replaced parts ! Who does that anymore ???? The service department is run by seasoned professionals. Exactly what I was looking for. The Service Department runs like a well oiled swiss watch !!! Repair was perfect, and I'm a " perfectionist". Being a 40 + year mechanic myself, you turn into a " mechanic perfectionist ". Unfortunately, I'm too old now to do big jobs myself..,,,but the repair looks like I would have done it !!! I will NEVER go to another dealership for repair again. > They have me for life !!

I had previously purchased 3 Altima’s at Huntington Nissan but I had moved to Smithtown in Jul 2019 so when I purchased my 2019 Nissan Rogue in Jan 2020, I went to Smithtown Nissan since it is only 1 mile from where I live. BIGGEST mistake! Smithtown Nissan is HORRIBLE. I can’t begin to tell you the drama and issues I had with them in Jan/Feb 2020 and then again in Dec 2021. So I came to Huntington Nissan (30 min away as opposed to 1 mile). Wow, I so wish I had purchased my Rogue from Huntington. They are THE BEST! I dealt with Santiago in their service department. He was beyond helpful in working with my on my “free oil change/tire rotation” that I have a 3 year contract for but Smithtown would not honor it saying they didn’t sign it (they had changed ownership after I purchased my Rouge). But the company, Portfolio Protection, said I’m absolutely covered at ANY Nissan dealership for 3 years. So I called and was able to get it all taken care of at Huntington. I will continue to bring my business to Huntington and have told all my friends and family as well.. none of us will ever go to Smithtown again, we will always come to Huntington. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of your help!!

I bought my 2022 Jeep Renegade from this Dealership - a very pleasant non pressured experience. A month or so before my 5000 mile service was due - I received a courtesy reminder. I called the service department with some questions and spoke to Meghan. I have spoken to Meghan a couple of times with an extent of questions. Both times she takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions - she never comes across as if I am taking up her time- never rushing me off the phone. She gives excellent communication, very precise in explanations, giving me clear expectations and understanding. I am very comfortable speaking with her and having my service completed by this dealership. They took my car on time - not a long wait to have it done at all. She showed me where the waiting room was - offered me soft drinks and snacks while I waited. A very clean facility and very clean and comfortable waiting room. It just underscores the fact that I picked the right dealership. Everyone I have dealt with so far from sales to finance to service have been nothing less then courteous and professional. I love my 2018 CX-9 (leased from Ramsay) but I haveI had repeated, mysterious electrical failures, some resulting in stranding the car. Route 9 Mazda has been indispensable and such a pleasure to deal with. Joe McKeon is extremely knowledgeable and thorough.Jamie Macchia is helpful, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Right now, given the issues with my car I am hesitant to buy another new Mazda, but if I do it will almost entirely because I am so impressed by this dealership.
