The service overall was the worse experience I ever had taking any of my vehicles anywhere for service. The service advisor seemed clueless and the mechanic did a half fast job not sure if he knew how to do a NYS inspection as well as the service advisor. I went in there and told them a front head light was out and some how I still passed with flying colors of the NYS inspection. Most people might be happy about that part but I'm frustrated! Also, thanks for passing tires the barely pass maybe not even and doing a tire rotation for me which I had to pay for. Maybe I should be happy about that part to that you didn't try to upsell me any recommendations or even mention to me about needing new tires. Hopefully yous atleast did the oil change correctly. Little worried to ever trust taking a vehicle for service there ever again! Unless perhaps I want a junker car to pass a NYS inspection.

West Herr Ford of Rochester (4545 W Ridge Road) has such an amazing group of people to deal with…specifically Zach and the women at the front desk in the Collision department. They are so friendly, out going and exude such wonderful customer service in a time when customer service seems to be obsolete. I only required a small part painted for my Bronco but was was left with such a positive experience, that after leaving I told everyone I work with to go there for any work required on their vehicle (whether or not they own a Ford). Thank you again to Zach and the staff at West Herr for their out of this world customer service! Kim E.

Terrible service department. I would NOT recommend them. My apt for dashboard lights on and loud engine was 3 weeks ago today. Not once has anyone called me about my apt. I've called multiple times and gotten excuses every time. They can't seem to tell me what's wrong with my car and they certainly don't call or care about there customers.

Bought a brand new 2021 F150 from Davidson Ford of Watertown, NY. Transmission started acting up, called and scheduled an appointment since it’s still under warranty. Dropped the truck off, they called me back and said technician didn’t come in, told her I would come get it, half hour drive there and back. Lady calls back and said they got someone else to look at it and it has issues and the tech wants to keep it overnight. I expressed I can’t go without a vehicle, I still have to go to work. That’s the whole reason of buying a new truck, so you don’t have these issues. She told me there is nothing they can do, they have no loaner vehicles. Told her I would work something out and find a ride to work. Next day she calls and says the transmission has issues and they need to order them but I can come get it and drive it for now until the parts come in. They close at 530, leave work to get there by 5. I show up and the lady says they are closed, they are closing early. Another lady says I’m good she forgot to call me and let me know. She has me sign the paperwork and says someone will bring the truck out front. Go out front waiting for my truck as I see everyone leave. I wait 30 minutes, no truck. Talk to a sales rep, said he would go see what’s going on, 10 minutes go by and he comes back and ask me if I have my spare set of keys. Finally get my truck thanks to the sales rep. Very unprofessional establishments… will never buy a vehicle there again..

Very accommodating and helpful. Went out of their way to cut a deal with me. They missed a couple details when I purchased such as not installing splash guards as per the agreement but they made it good. I went in today to have a flat tire fixed. Super accommodating to get me in. However I was disappointed that they didn't wash the spare before they put it away. Plus they didn't stow the jack where it belongs. These issues were buzzkill.

I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

My tail lights would stop working intermittently on my - Sue

My tail lights would stop working intermittently on my F150 and took it to them to fix. They kept it 2 days and charged me $550 to fix a loose ground wire. They said they couldn't find the issue even though anyone else I told about my truck asked if I checked the ground wire. Common sense! When I complained about the price they offered a discount but I never got it. They took advantage of an older woman thinking I'm stupid and don't know. Avoid these crooks!!
