I had tires switched from winter to summer. I went back in the next day because the alignment was off. They did an alignment and an oil change. A couple days later I went back in because the car was pulling hard to the right and shaking at 30mph. The employee who drove my car to see what was happening said that I wasn't crazy and that it was shaking and pulling a little. He wrote a letter for the service department on Monday (this was Saturday) Obviously, I was not treated with respect. Then I tried to contact the office a few times without a response on Monday. Went in on Tuesday morning and they told me that in my notes from changing the tires in December that my summer tires were passable but not really usable. I checked my paperwork at home and it didn't state any of this. I truly felt I was lied to. I brought it in another day and they swtiched my front two tires. This entire situation was awful and I will no longer be dealing with them in the future. During the drive with the employee (I believe was the sales manager) I sat in the back with my two young children, with my husband in the front seat. Telling me that I wasn't crazy was quite rude and unnecessary. When I switched my tires in December, I asked if they would be fine for another season and the answer was yes.After checking my paperwork, there was nothing that stated I really couldn't use my tires. Being lied to is unacceptable.

I’ve had my car almost two years now. From the salesman to when I picked up my car everything was great. Staff was friendly. I changed my mind on which model I wanted after the paperwork was started and they did it for me. I take my car there for all it’s service and they are always so friendly and not overpriced at all. I’ll never go anywhere else.
