Called from the gas station a few miles away to check on a car I saw online. Leisa took my call and told me to stop by. She got me in for the test drive right away. I had a few other cars to check out so she gave me her card and to come on back if I love the car...well, I was back a few hours later, took the car for a second test drive. By the end of the day I had paperwork rolling and money in transit. With a plan in place to pick the car up t he next day. Leisa came in on her day off to finish paperwork and hand me the keys to my new ride. 100% will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle!

Go to a different Honda dealer if you wish to lease a car. This process has been frustrating from the very beginning and keeps getting worse. They somehow screwed up the title on the car, so they had to come and change my registration to a temporary registration, but I never got the permanent registration, although I've been sent the title several times, which doesn't make sense because it's a leased car. And now I can't drive my car because the last time I drove, I got a ticket for having expired registration. Leasing a car is supposed to be easy and relatively seamless, and this has been a huge pain. The people I've worked with there have been unresponsive to a problem that they should have fixed almost immediately. They still have not fixed it, and I am still paying to lease a car I cannot drive.

No Stars! I purchased a 2024 Honda Ridgeline from Friendly Honda and added the $854 lighted running boards, which were rolled into my financing and covered by an extended warranty. Within two months, the driver-side light failed. This has now happened five separate times in less than a year. After being patient through five repair attempts, I asked Manager Michael Glynn to simply remove the defective product and provide a refund or credit toward a different style of running board. Instead of standing behind what they sold me, I was told to file a claim with Honda Corporate. Honda Corporate then claimed the part was out of warranty. For a dealership with "Friendly" in the name, they showed zero interest in customer retention or basic fairness. I am now stuck paying for a defective product that hasn't worked for more than two months at a time.

I have been a loyal Bay Ridge Honda service customer since 2017. Service has been on a decline; however, after this last experience, I will never return. What should have been a routine warranty tire replacement turned into one of the worst dealership service experiences I've ever had. I drove from New Jersey to Bay Ridge Honda because I trusted this dealership and had purchased a Honda tire warranty. After checking in, I waited approximately 45 minutes before being told the replacement tire wasn't in stock. While inventory shortages happen, everything that followed was entirely avoidable. My service advisor told me he would: * Obtain warranty authorization that Friday. * Call me Friday with an update. * Call me Monday regarding the repair. None of those calls ever happened. From Friday afternoon until Monday afternoon—I received ZERO proactive communication. No update on the tire, the warranty, the repair status, or when my vehicle would be ready. On Monday, I had to call the dealership 5separate times just to get an update. It wasn't until I requested to speak with a manager that I finally received a callback from Jay Polanco informing me my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, it WAS NOT actually ready. My husband and I then waited another two hours while the dealership processed the warranty paperwork. I was now told they couldn't process the warranty until the repair was complete. If that's their process, why call customers to pick up their vehicles before the paperwork is finished? Throughout the experience, there was virtually no ownership, urgency, or empathy. No transportation assistance was offered after learning they didn't have the tire. No apology was ever given for the missed calls, the unnecessary delays, or the complete lack of communication. To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly request basic service documentation, and I never received the customary multi-point inspection report for my visit. I escalated the matter to American Honda and provided call logs, text messages, invoices, and receipts documenting everything that occurred. This review isn't about an inventory shortage. Those happen. It's about broken promises, poor communication, lack of accountability, and a customer service culture that left a long-time customer feeling like an inconvenience rather than someone whose business was valued. After nearly a decade of bringing my vehicle here, this experience permanently ended that relationship. If you're looking for a dealership that communicates proactively, respects your time, and takes ownership when things go wrong, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Saratoga Honda. I traded in my 2024 Kia Telluride with approximately 20,000 miles for a Honda Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Honda Pilot with approximately 29,000 miles because I needed the seating configuration to accommodate my six children. My vehicle had no issues and was in perfect mechanical and physical condition. On the way home after purchasing the new vehicle, I noticed an engine ticking noise. The vehicle was brought back to get a multi point inspection and I was informed that the engine had catastrophic internal damage where all 6 cylinders had excessive scoring and required a complete engine replacement.  While the dealership ultimately replaced the engine under warranty, what disappointed me most was how I was treated throughout the process. When I expressed concerns about purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that required a complete engine replacement immediately after delivery, I was repeatedly told that the dealership had no obligation to do anything beyond replacing the engine. There was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience, stress, and loss of confidence this situation caused.  As a single mother, I rely on my vehicle every day. After initially being told the repair would take several weeks, I was contacted several days later and told I needed to pick up the vehicle immediately or risk being charged $80 per day for the loaner vehicle. I couldn’t just drop everything and run over there and pick it up and they wouldn’t give me time to try to figure that out. The lack of communication, empathy, and flexibility was frustrating and felt dismissive of my time, stress, loss of confidence, responsibilities and schedule. I was told that this was not an inconvenience for me at all and that it didn’t matter that they sold it to me that way, they were only obligated to replace the engine and that it wasn’t that big of a deal. Engine failure is a big deal. Just because the car turned on and drove doesn’t mean it was fine and that they didn’t have to make it right.  This review is not about the warranty repair itself. The engine was replaced and I was given a loaner until it was finished. They are required to do this under the lemon law. It is about customer service. A dealership has the opportunity to make a difficult situation right, even when a repair is covered under warranty. They offered me NOTHING!!! Unfortunately, I left feeling like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, especially when a customer purchases a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and experiences a pre existing major mechanical failure immediately after leaving the lot. The only reason they got one star is because at least one star is required.

A car buying experience should be an exciting event. When a dealership takes this away I feel the need to share to potential customers. I went to Northtown Honda to look at a 2019 Kia Sedona. Everything was going well. Van was clean. Test drive was okay. I had a concern with a beeping sound when I accelerated. The salesman, Eli said it was the temporary license plate covering a sensor. Phone charger didn’t work. He said my phone needed to be paired with the vehicle. Both of these later turned out to be wrong. They did put the van up on a lift as I requested. I was pleased with that. I did buy it and everything was okay. Picking up the van proved challenging. First delays all day over a supposedly faulty fob? The another one was found??? So Northtown got paid. And they sent me home with a faulty vehicle. They had their money and looking back, that’s all they cared about. Communication was sparse. Meeting the needs of a customer took back seat. The annoying noise was still there. The phone problem still exist. Power locks didn’t work. Although they said everything was checked and everything works. I have a total lack of respect to this dealership and the Northtown brand. My advice, go somewhere else where you are treated with respect. There has been zero communication from Northtown Honda.

Worst auto purchase in 40 years. I bought a 2026 Honda CRV Touring from this group 6/30/25. I was sold a Portfolio extended warranty for almost $4000.00. After realizing how overcharged I was, I went in the next day to cancel the warranty. That was 9+ weeks ago, the GM, Finance Manager and salesperson are at a loss of why I haven’t been credited the $4000.00. I was told it can take up to 6 weeks. I’m being held hostage by WILLIAMS AUTO GROUP, I don’t want to refinance until this amount is refunded to my loan. I have bought several vehicles from this group, NEVER been treated so poorly. For the record I bought a Toyota from a group in Ithaca NY in 2024, it cost $15,000 more than this CRV and I paid $2500 for the EXACT SAME COVERAGE. Also, my windshield got a HUGE crack in it with less than 500 miles (the car had about 160 miles on it when I signed the papers.). I thought it was a manufacturers defect since I didn’t hear anything hit the windshield. I was told by Williams Service it was my problem, they didn’t do windshields. I took it about 40 miles away to have the windshield replaced and had to go back to Williams to have it reprogrammed. When I questioned the service manager about the crack being a manufacturers defect she told me to call the company that replaced it and see if I could find the replaced windshield so they (Williams Honda) could inspect it and that I should have brought the car back to Williams to be fixed. She was upset until she found out my insurance covered the cost. Williams Honda doesn’t make HONDA look very good. I feel like I was bullied and swindled by crooks at this dealership.

I live about 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but I couldn't find a ridgeline closer that met all my criteria. So I called to ask questions - I spoke to the product specialist Tom, who was straight forward, efficient, and honest. He quickly got everything done for me over the phone and put my mind at ease regarding any issues with the truck. So we made the trip, the office was run extremely well and we drove off with a truck that I LOVE within 40 minutes of arrival. I'm incredibly impressed, especially in comparison to some of the dealers I visited locally. I highly recommend them and especially Tom. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

Jeff Philips was fantastic. His professionalism was high and he was straightforward and easy to work with compared to other local centers. We actually bought a toyota from him (he's a honda salesman) that happened to be on the lot. First we went to the Toyota dealer and they paired us with a 20-something sales kid who didn't know much about the cars or the process, and didn't make us feel welcome. Then we stopped by Jeff's spot and he helped us immediately, listened to our needs, gave us all the space we needed to decide, didn't pressure us, and helped us close the deal while making us feel comfortable with our decision. He's great. We highly recommend him. I only wish he worked at a Toyota center!
