My car was picked up from my home and a loaner was given, - jkeable

My car was picked up from my home and a loaner was given, so I didn't have to figure out how I was going to get to work and then back to a dealership to pick up my car. Super super helpful and very much appreciated!

Dishonest, Predatory, and Completely Unprofessional — - LVereen

Dishonest, Predatory, and Completely Unprofessional — Avoid This Dealership at All Costs I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Beck Chevrolet. I had my vehicle towed here while traveling out of state, and what unfolded was one of the most unprofessional and suspicious encounters I've ever had with a dealership. Beck Chevrolet told me my 2015 Chevy Cruze suddenly needed an $11,000 engine replacement, yet they refused to provide basic documentation such as actual compression test numbers, leak-down results, or photos to support their diagnosis. Any reputable service department knows these documents are standard — the complete lack of transparency is alarming. Then it got worse. When I attempted to pay for the diagnostic service so I could remove my vehicle from their lot, they claimed “New York law” prohibits them from accepting payment over the phone unless my credit card matches the ID physically in person. This is completely false. There is no such law, and when asked to cite the statute, they could not provide a single reference. Instead, they continued to hide behind a made-up excuse. At this point, it feels clear that Beck Chevrolet is taking advantage of customers who are from out of state and vulnerable. They made retrieving my own vehicle unnecessarily difficult, refused reasonable payment methods, and provided no proof of the work they claimed to perform. Their conduct raises serious concerns about honesty, ethics, and compliance with the New York DMV Repair Shop Act. If you value transparency, integrity, and fair treatment, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Beck Chevrolet. This dealership’s practices are predatory, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I have already filed a formal complaint with the New York DMV, and I strongly encourage others who have been mistreated to do the same.

From start to finish, my time at Paul Brown Chevy was - Ka

From start to finish, my time at Paul Brown Chevy was smooth. From Preston, Tracy, Jim and the rest of the staff, everyone was very helpful. They were friendly, very easy to talk to. As a woman its intimidating to go to a dealership to buy a car but this was by far my smoothest and easiest sale of my life. Highly recommend and will only go there from now on!! Thank you again for my dream Jeep!

Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my - Johngalt1060

Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.

Stay away from this dealership. - blhew

Stay away from this dealership.I Havana 2025 Buick Enclave that is a great vehicle and sales person was great, the dealership however is a different story. The status of the vehicle was showing 18 per cent left on the front brakes. Davidson’s wanted $300.00 for new pads but the guy I hired to check them got the pads force less than a third of that. When he pulled the wheels tgr brake pads looked like new, he said the status on the dash needed to be updated but he said the dealer would have to do it. I called Davidsons and they were going to charge me a diognostic fee when it only had 19000 miles on it. I won’t ever buy another vehicle from them.

I texted them three times and they said they would forwarded to service. No one from service ever calls back or sends email. Phone and left the message at service. They never returned it. At this point I will go somewhere else because they don't want to fix my vehicle.

Big zero from the owner on down! - bjraner12

Warsaw and Perry dealerships. Didn't budge on price. gave me $300. less on my trade in than quoted. I had to wait 4 days for the truck to pass inspection and was told it was due to the service department getting the wrong part. Once I received the truck I put it on my lift and realized the underside was in rougher shape than I had thought. My only complaint was I wanted a second key that I felt the dealer should have provided especially after the fact that I had been shafted on my trade in, and I was told that I would have to buy one. I contacted the owner and the manager, and was never contacted back. Don't waste your time people, buy somewhere else!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude - MDiPoalo

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received at Robert Green Chevrolet. On May 7th, I picked up my new 2025 Chevy Equinox from your dealership. I was thrilled to take delivery of the beautifully redesigned vehicle and could not be more pleased with it. I picked it up late in the day, around 5:30–5:45 PM, and shortly after leaving, I stopped at Stewart’s in Wurtsboro to fill the gas tank. While parked, a screen prompt appeared offering a system update. Without thinking it through, I clicked "yes" and allowed the update to proceed, which took about ten minutes. Unfortunately, after the update completed, an error message appeared—“Transmission Error”—and the vehicle would not move. I immediately contacted Brandon Schanil in the service department. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. Brandon suggested the issue might resolve with a reset and even explored having the vehicle towed back to the dealership. When I told him I’d try disconnecting the battery first, he reached out to one of your employees, Scott Morizzo, who lives near Wurtsboro. To my surprise and relief, Scott arrived shortly thereafter with diagnostic equipment, called me directly, and worked on-site to reset the system. Thanks to Scott’s expertise and willingness to go out of his way, the vehicle was back up and running in no time. I was absolutely blown away by this level of support, professionalism, and genuine care. In all my years as a customer, I can confidently say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Brandon and Scott turned what could have been a frustrating and stressful situation into a powerful example of how much your team values its customers. Because of this, I will continue to purchase and service our vehicles exclusively with Robert Green Chevrolet. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Brandon and Scott. They are true assets to your organization, and I’m deeply appreciative of how they treated me—with respect, urgency, and care. Warm regards, M Dipoalo
